There were some small holes that Mike told me about ahead of time, but they were small enough to be covered by standard wall plates. They even helped me relocate my ethernet ports and power outlets to more convenient locations that are more hidden so I don't end up with dangling wires. It still doesn't end there. They completely rack-mounted everything and made everything beautiful.
