Last week, the rain got into the control box, and the gate wouldn't close. I couldn't find the key to unlock the operator to work it manually, so I called VG Tech. Dmitry came to our house, fixed the problem, and gave us a new set of keys for manual operation. Also no charge. I couldn't recommend a business any higher than I do VG Tech. He installed an additional drop down bolt for the gate where there wasn't one and welded an extra piece of metal at the deadbolt latch so the catch was deeper. He sealed and painted it to match the gate and did a beautiful job. He was going to install an additional latch but said he thought what i had was sufficient so he took that charge from his original estimate. I thought he was very fair and honest and i appreciated his expertise in letting me know i didnt need the extra latch. I highly recommend him and his work. I am keeping his number for next time something comes up with my gates!
