I had met James several years ago when I was obtaining bids for a camera system at our church. I was impressed with his knowledge on recommending a hard wired system compared to a wireless system which most other vendors tried to sell us. We were so happy with our service from ATI we didn't hesitate to call James back to upgrade our alarm system which was a hodgepodge of various old systems. Again James figured out what we needed and offered us a reasonable quote. When I decided to put in a camera system at my house and updated my alarm system, I didn't hesitate to call James back. His tech Javier was extremely knowledgeable and office manager Maria scheduled me promptly. I have already recommended him for a family member. Excellent customer service, thank you James, Javier and Maria read more

I had a chat with James, the owner, about mounting a TV over the fireplace and possibly installing a security system. He was upfront about his company's services. He also gave me good advice about the price range I should expect from other professional companies. James is a genuinely nice person that I wouldn't mind doing business with in the near future. read more

Asked for a quote never received one. Called around at 11am during the day and its 5pm and still no answer, no quote, and not even a call back. Called back and the response was..."u should get a call by end of week." No thank you, you can keep your service. read more

This company is extremely unreliable. They cancelled twice on me. They're so unprofessional they call literally last minute when the technician was scheduled to arrive. The second time they didn't show up nor they call to say they were not showing up. They work with Moni Alarm and I would not recommend them at all. read more

Robert came out to home and was very patient with my questions. He is also knowledgeable and was on time to the appt. I requested him on my second install(adding more sensors). It s truly hard to find a company that shows up early into a 4 hour time window. Thanks Robert its appreciated! My time is valuable too! ASK for ROBERT! read more

Andrew was our technician today. He was very patient, answered all of our questions and guided us in how to use the updated system.

My alarm system has been down for over 2 years while we did a massive kitchen remodel and expansion. Affordable technology was dispatched by brinks security To bring the alarm system up and running again which took a full day of 2 people, Chris Hatcher and Juan Garcia. One is still in training but really knows his stuff and has had many amazing jobs that has taught him versatility. Chris is the lead installer and technician for the company. Both gentlemen wore they're face masks properly the ENTIRE time while the working in my home. They also wash their hands often as to not leave any fingerprints on my ceiling or walls. It's very important to have technicians that clean up after themselves and don't leave a trace or a mess. Before departing, Chris asked me if there was anything else that they had not covered to meet their 100% of expectations. There was nothing left to do they covered everything. Now that our alarm system is fully functional after almost 2 years of non functionality, We can sleep at night and be rest assured when away that our home is covered by a very good security system. I would recommend Affordable Technology to anyone regardless of the size of the job or difficulty level to use Affordable Technology for their specific systems and Installation. read more

Representative who came to our home was knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service.

We had the best experience with Affordable Technology! Our technician was great, and did an awesome job installing it. I spoke to the owner as well, and he was very professional, and i had a great feeling we chose the right company for the job! It's an awesome alarm system, and it makes us feel very safe leaving, and being in our home. We are going to use them again to install cameras for outside, and home theater system for the living room! I highly recommend Affordable Technology ! read more

I called James at Affordable Technology after a really bad experience with another so-called security camera installation company. However, James and his crew showed up when they said they would and ended up doing a fantastic job installing 11 security cameras. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and I really appreciated the outstanding customer service. Brian, Derek and Terry ended up having to stay longer than originally anticipated but I never felt they were trying to rush to cut corners. I highly recommend Affordable Technology - you will not be disappointed! read more

There are times when a true professional shows his craftsmanship. We had Bryan come out and install security cameras for our home. Not only did he install them but he took his time to do the job right. He hid all the wires, so that it didn't look like a Mickey Mouse job. He is good at what he does, and we truly recommend him. read more

Our alarm system was no longer working, so a technician from Affordable Technology, Inc was dispatched to our home. Derek G. arrived promptly and was extremely professional and thorough. The problem was that our telephone line was no longer compatible with the alarm system. Derek was here for almost 2- hours, checking all of the alarms and motion sensors and made sure that the alarm system communicated with the alarm company. I appreciated Derek's service and would highly recommend his company to others. read more

This is the best and easiest installation I've ever had. James was amazing in negotiating the contract and evaluating the system best for me. Dereck, the technician came out for the installation and he was efficient and professional. He answered all of my questions and carefully trained me in how to use the new system. I highly recommend Affordable Technology. They provide full service for the products they install. I made the decision to move to Affordable Tech after terrible service from another very large company who refused to come out for a service call. They would only come if I would upgrade to a new system. read more

Affordable Technology was called in to complete a upgrade another company could not finish. They were apprised of the situation and accepted the job. ONE DAY before our appointment we received a call informing us they "are not capable of doing the job" and are reassigning it back to MONI. By the way, we waited over three weeks for this appointment with a non-operational system. What does that tell you about this company... read more

Disappointed.....told I was going to get a call back within 1 and 1/2 hour. Call back 8 hrs later n I was told they forgot? ????

Previously had MONI for security then switched to ADT for about 3 days and did not like their service. I contacted Moni regarding a doorbell camera set-up. They sent out James from Affordable Technology. He was awesome. Our home is an older home and when he attached the Skybell, it indicated there wasn't enough electrical power to operate the system. Most would call it quits and leave. Instead James got another unit from his vehicle, connected it and it worked great. He also showed me things about my alarm.com app that I never knew I could do. Thanks so much, James. Your service was amazing! read more

James and his team did an amazing job installing our alarm system. They walked us through the system and customized the home automation to make it so easy. I would highly recommend using Affordable Technology. read more

What a pleasure dealing with professionals. They installed security cameras on the exterior of our home. Of the 4 companies I called, this was the only one to visit before bidding. They listened to our concerns and educated us on our options The only surprises in this whole process was when they took extra steps to be sure the installation was first rate. This included cleaning up a mess left by the cable company. We plan to use them for at least one future project and maybe more. read more

A great team of professionals quickly and cleanly installed my new system. It is of great quality and price. I highly recommend!

Affordable Technology is a very professional company. The CEO, James was our technician due to staffing issues. He was knowledgeable about our alarm system, and addressed all of our concerns with the system. He upgraded the equipment and changed a battery that caused most of the problems with the system. He thoroughly explained everything to us and was very customer friendly. His customer service was excellent and he ensured we were satisfied with the service.
