Been a number of break-ins and even robberies in my quiet corner of the world. So, I felt I needed to beef up the home security. Made the call and scheduled to get an assessment of my property and a quote. The gentleman who came out was incredibly polite and a straight shooter. Broke down his recommendations, explained the benefit of his products, and gave me a fair price. We needed 14 window screens and 3 doors. They custom manufacture everything locally, so I had to wait about 6 weeks till they could install (apparently a lot of other folks before me in similar circumstances, so could not be fast tracked any sooner). Once they completed all the window & door screens, they confirmed the installation dates and scheduled our start time. Installation was smooth. The crew was very tidy and handled their business like pros. I was pleased with the fit and finish of the final product and do not regret my purchase. The screens do not hinder my view from the inside and the frames do not ruin the aesthetics of the house. Door hardware works very well and seems sturdy. Nice to know I can leave my windows open at night now without worry of break ins. Very pleased with the product and service of this company. Highly recommend it to anyone looking to add an extra layer of security to their home or business.

Rick and his crew are a solid group of guys…read more I hired them to run shielded CAT6A and speaker wiring in my new Palm Springs house. The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.

Thanks again Rick and the team.

I already had a very-good (fixed-camera) FLIR - Security-System installed in my home, and for the…read moremost-part I could view all of the boundaries of my property very clearly and I thought was pretty happy. However, I became frustrated with the fixed-cameras. Sure! You can add a number of fixed-position cameras to your system to try to monitor all the boundaries of your property, but depending on the size of your boundaries, that could get very expensive. I wanted to be able to view around and in-between the zones my fixed-cameras were already seeing,So the internet search began. I was shopping for a high-qualty PTZ, (point-tip-zoom), camera to augment my fixed cameras and hopefully complete my security system. I came accross iWatcherPlus and called, when Stephen answered I explained my task @ hand. He showed me a camera he currently had in his showroom that compared so favorably to the FLIR DNZ30TL2R, which is the camera I was pricing and hoping to afford. Very happy to hear that iWATCHER could install 2 (two) iWP-IPPTZ20x 20X zoom Full color 1080p HD outdoor dome cameras for less than the cost of the camera I was hoping to afford, I said 'YES' Lets do the install. HONESTLY!! - now everytime I log-in to my system and know that I have the ability to take a crystal-clear virtual trip around my home and property it gives me a pretty-fine sense of inner-peace,security and brings a smile to my face. I have actually provided snapshots from my system to the local police dept. in a case they were investigating at the end of my cauldsac Thank You! - so very much Stephen & Travis
