When his guys showed up on time yesterday, they worked extra hours to finish the job before sundown and ran me through a compete tutorial on the system. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. The crew was very tidy and handled their business like pros. I was pleased with the fit and finish of the final product and do not regret my purchase. I purchased the watch with an American Express card and ended up accidentally breaking it. American Express insurance will pay for a repair, or reimburse me so I can purchase another new watch, (depending on the repair cost). I explained all of this to the man. This process takes about a week for them to approve or deny. I explained that I wanted to make sure that the claim was approved before repairing it or ordering a new watch since I wasn't positive they will approve the claim. Since I would not immediately buy a new watch through FIX HUB, they decided to just not call me back at all after telling me "I will definitely call you back within 15 minutes". They also did not respond to direct messages through Yelp/Email. I also had told the man that I'd drive over to the Utica Avenue location in Rancho Cucamonga to take care of this, since they do offer Mobile repairs. I didn't want them driving to me to do a simple repair estimate that would take 2 minutes. This is terrible customer service. I break stuff all the time and would have used their services and recommended them to others. They could've also made a very easy sale with charging $60 for a simple repair estimate which I made clear that I would pay. They also could've made a sale for a new Apple Watch Ultra 3 when I had my claim approved for American Express. This business obviously doesn't realize that doing a simple thing for customers leads to loyalty, referrals, good reviews, and future sales. Since it wasnt a huge sale upfront they decided just to brush me off. In my opinion, I would do avoid doing business with FIX HUB.

Before I could even ask if they could repair my controller, they immediately recommended QCQ Repair. That told me everything I needed to know. From the moment I spoke with Jose, I could tell he genuinely knew what he was doing. With over 10 years of experience, his knowledge and professionalism stood out immediately. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my controller, understood how much sentimental value it had to me, and even understood how excited I was to play the upcoming Halo Remastered. What impressed me the most was his honesty. From the very beginning, he told me there was a possibility the controller couldn't be repaired because of how Microsoft designed the Elite Series 2. He didn't make promises he couldn't keep or give me false hope. Instead, he was upfront and transparent, and I respected that more than anything. I dropped my controller off on July 3rd, right before the holiday weekend, and he was still willing to take it in. A few days later, he contacted me with great news--he had successfully repaired it. Not only does my controller work perfectly again, but he also replaced the joystick with an upgraded component to help prevent the issue from happening again. The price was more than fair considering the complexity of the repair and the cost of replacing one of these controllers. What really sets QCQ Repair apart is that Jose genuinely cares about the quality of his work and his customers. His business isn't about getting people in and out as quickly as possible--it's about doing the job right. That's exactly why his reviews are so outstanding, and now I completely understand why so many people recommend him. these guys are great, extremely hard workers. very neat and clean work. true professionals. i originally thought against a wired system due to not wanting to see any wires on my house. the technician explained the pros and cons of a hard wired system, the only con being that they had to find a way to hide the wire. the system that they installed was perfect for my home, no wires and a perfect picture to view. i did shop around, these guys weren't the cheapest, but the time they took to explain everything to me (someone who knows nothing about security cameras), this really made me feel good about the customer service i would receive after the system was purchased. other companies would just throw out some numbers and that was it. sure thing, a couple days after the install, i had a few questions about how to use the playback, that question turned into a 20 minute lesson. they were happy to explain this for the second time and didn't mind. im very thankful to have found this company. they are already working with two of my neighbors. read more

They came out the same day and gave me an estimate, arrived professionally and ON TIME (can't say that about everyone). Not sure how the security is but one of their drivers is dangerous!!! My husband and I were towing a 16' enclosed trailer, he merged into our lane without a blinker halfway down our truck and in our lane. We had to slam on our breaks and he completely cut us off and then almost rear ended the car in front of him. Could have been a really bad accident!!! read more
