I already had a very-good (fixed-camera) FLIR - Security-System installed in my home, and for the most-part I could view all of the boundaries of my property very clearly and I thought was pretty happy. However, I became frustrated with the fixed-cameras. Sure! You can add a number of fixed-position cameras to your system to try to monitor all the boundaries of your property, but depending on the size of your boundaries, that could get very expensive. I wanted to be able to view around and in-between the zones my fixed-cameras were already seeing,So the internet search began. I was shopping for a high-qualty PTZ, (point-tip-zoom), camera to augment my fixed cameras and hopefully complete my security system. I came accross iWatcherPlus and called, when Stephen answered I explained my task @ hand. He showed me a camera he currently had in his showroom that compared so favorably to the FLIR DNZ30TL2R, which is the camera I was pricing and hoping to afford. Very happy to hear that iWATCHER could install 2 (two) iWP-IPPTZ20x 20X zoom Full color 1080p HD outdoor dome cameras for less than the cost of the camera I was hoping to afford, I said 'YES' Lets do the install. HONESTLY!! - now everytime I log-in to my system and know that I have the ability to take a crystal-clear virtual trip around my home and property it gives me a pretty-fine sense of inner-peace,security and brings a smile to my face. I have actually provided snapshots from my system to the local police dept. in a case they were investigating at the end of my cauldsac Thank You! - so very much Stephen & Travis read more

Great Company to do business with. I left a voicemail with Steven and he called back shortly after. Made an appointment to come out, to check out what we wanted and explain our needs, he took his time to explain all our options, then sent us a couple of proposals for us to select, once we decided what we wanted, he ordered the supplies, and then called to set up an appointment for installation he was so gracious to work with my hectic schedule, the day of our installation, Steven and Travis arrived did as much as they could and returned the next to finish and teach us how to operate our new camera system, looking forward to continuing our relationship with him and knowing if I have any concerns he's available to get ahold of. Thank you Steven and Travis For the excellent customer service We appreciate all you have done. read more

Wow! These guys are amazing!. I just purchased a sophisticated surveillance system around my home and I love it. These Steven and his crew are very professional. They pay attention to every detail. They know what you need based on your needs. I have to be honest, I went into overkill with my system so my cost was up there, however, I opted for technology normally used in a business or law enforcement environment. Everything from the cameras to everything else that completed my system was priced right. The most amazing thing for me was there dedication to finishing the job no matter what or how long. Therefore, the cost of installation I thought was a phenomenally excellent price. Remember, my system cost a lot because I like toys and I asked for a lot. I highly recommend the LPR (License Plate Reader) cam. That thing is an lot of fun. Plus, whatever dark forces are lurking in your neighborhood, you'll have a license plate to report. I love this company, they made my family feel so much safer, my neighbors appreciate my system and I can't weight to go home and see what kind of fish I caught that day. Thank you Steven for everything, you guys ROCK! read more
