I contacted Ricardo after checking out his reviews, he responded quickly and we easily set up an appointment. He discussed possible options of placement of the ports since the roof and outer walling might pose an issue, but he was able to find good placement of my ports. Job was done quick and easy in less than 2 hours. Aside from making a hole in the wall for the ethernet port placement, no additional breakage of the wall was necessary. Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. HIGHLY recommended if you are looking to have ethernet ports installed that extend from your main router/modem that go through the wall/roof so you don't have ethernet cords lying around on the floor.

During this time on site, we discussed and reviewed our existing system, and they listened to what our needs and wants were. Soon after our meeting, we received their recommendation/estimate, discussed the details and installation criteria, and then scheduled the work. The work went smoothly and relatively quickly, with Tim and Mark working around our staff, the elements (it was August and very Hot!), our customers and the chaos that occurs at a high-volume gas station. Based on their advice and recommendation, we had 15 cameras, one (1) Pan Tilt camera with a new DVR and monitor installed, along with all new wiring as was recommended and necessary.
