I first spoke to Joe and he was professional and we set a day and time for the measurement and quote. Joe was busy on another job and his dad Dave called and scheduled a day and time to come and measure and quote. He showed up early and sent me a text saying he was going to be early. He showed up and was a really nice man. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took measurements and brought samples and gave me the information I needed regarding options, price and order time. He quoted 4 weeks and the screen door showed up 2 weeks early. He communicated with me and we set an install time for 0800. He text me saying he would be here at 0730. He showed up with one of their workers and they did an outstanding job. They were clean and professional. The install took approximately 45 minutes. The screen door looks great and works great. It is sealed and we will not be getting any critters coming through or under the screen. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend their business and product to anyone. Both Joe and David are great hardworking and honest business people and men. Dont waste your time at Lowes, home depot or any of the other companies selling screen doors out there. I purchased a home earlier in the year and the screens were in really bad shape, and it was going to cost me a lot just to have the old screens "re-screened."
