What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance.
