He installed an additional drop down bolt for the gate where there wasn't one and welded an extra piece of metal at the deadbolt latch so the catch was deeper. He sealed and painted it to match the gate and did a beautiful job. He was going to install an additional latch but said he thought what i had was sufficient so he took that charge from his original estimate. I thought he was very fair and honest and i appreciated his expertise in letting me know i didnt need the extra latch. I highly recommend him and his work. They had installed the Control4 system at my house for the previous owners (who also recommended them), and added sound bars/subwoofers, game consoles and remote access to my system. They are very professional and committed the time to fully run me through the system - excellent customer service. I have used them for additional installs and have continued to be impressed by their professionalism. Since Control4 installers are all independent contractors, it is critical that a professional and ethical team is hired - they definitely check that requirement. Overall, their level of customer service at installation and maintenance is excellent. Definitely five stars!
