These guys were great! We had them out a few weeks ago to install a basketball backboard and hoop on our garage. They were so thorough and did such a great job. They were responsive, on time and communicated well! Their quote/price was reasonable- and then once they completed the work we realized we got exceptional quality work, making this such a great deal! They were careful to properly reinforce the hoop and make it sturdy for us and safe for the kids. I hired JBJB Handyman to remove two brand new Kidde smoke/CO detectors, patch the holes, and paint the ceiling. Instead, the repair made the ceiling look worse than before. When I told Jose I wasn't happy with the work, his response was, "It's not my problem." No effort was made to correct it. The job was $250, which included other repairs. We paid $100 upfront after being assured they would make it right. They never followed up to fix the ceiling, and they still haven't returned our two brand new Kidde smoke/CO detectors that we specifically asked to have removed, not discarded. Our security camera footage shows both detectors inside Jose's tool bucket as he left our home. They later claimed the detectors were treated as "trash" and even promised they would be returned, but days later they still haven't. My husband and I decided to cut our losses and consider the missing detectors the remainder of the payment. Poor workmanship, poor customer service, and no accountability. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else. read more
