You should make sure that when you have your company name attached to your vehicle that you're not being a reckless driver like you were yesterday Tuesday 8/12 at 545pm in the city of Ontario. While at a RED light with another car in front of me, this black pick up truck with its trailer attached, began honking their horn at me to blow through the red light. First I thought it was music but then it became persistent. I couldn't move as there was a car in front of me and figured this truck would eventually have to wait for the light to turn green. Eventually other cars to the right of me ran through the red light due to his honking and he followed them. About 30 seconds later the light turned green. We waited about 2 minutes at a red light and this person couldn't handle that. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe this person has an emergency they need to attend to, but you would think that if there was an emergency they would have put their hazard lights on, they did not have them on. My car eventually caught up to there's due to road closures and some street traffic and I saw that the car continuously was driving erratic going from one lane to another near the Ontario airport. I was behind them when I took the picture and decided to change lanes to get a picture of the black truck and a license plate but As I changed lanes to turn onto the Main Street of haven, the truck decides to cut me off and swerve into my lane then speeding off. I don't know where they went but I did see they cut off another pick up truck with that truck then following them. Hopefully they gave them a finger or two. It's unfortunate that someone representing your company would drive in such an unsafe and unprofessional manner, especially with your business name prominently displayed for the public to see! I also wanted to point out that I did do my due diligence in making sure that I did not write a review to the wrong company. I sent a request to see if Jazzzy could replace some wallpaper that was ruined due to water damage. I got a response say YES they could help up. I also said that we wanted to establish a relationship with a handyman for other jobs around the house (much larger jobs). After playing telephone tag we sent a picture of one area of wallpaper to be replaced. After several weeks his wife called and said the job was too small and they only do large jobs. If that was the case why did they say they could do the work. I guess we should have given a complete list of repairs to qualify for their services. Now why would you say you could do a job and then say it's too small and Jazzzy only does big jobs. I am very disappointed after reading all the great reviews and some of them were small projects. I had an appointment for 2pm on a Friday. I received a text at 2pm saying that the handyman would be 40 min late. I could not wait an additional 40 min so I asked to reschedule. The next available date was like 10 days later. To me this is extremely unprofessional. The handyman should have know at 1:20 pm that he would not be able to honor his appointment. To text me at 2pm that he will be 40 min late is a little unacceptable and disappointing. read more

His quote was a little higher than my first quote, but from my past experiences, I took a chance on the higher quote and It definitely was worth the few extra dollars. I want to personally thank Jasper for being fair and working with me as it was a tremendous time of despair for my family in losing both our parents. I recently purchased my home and replaced the original single pane sliding door myself. The replacement caused a gap that gave the door an overall incomplete look. I wanted to do the exterior trim myself but decided against it as I did not have much experience with trim work against stucco. In my search I had many questions but overall I wanted to hire someone who would leave the trim flush and properly sealed. During my inquiry Jasper called and assisted me with all questions. I am so happy!! We had an old dog door in our wall that needed to be patched and moved to a new location. And it was done quickly and just what we asked for. The job was done but wasn't what I expected after seeing all 5-star reviews. I sent out a message to multiple companies because we needed a ceiling fan installed. I sent pictures of the hole in my ceiling and said I have a bracket that also needs installation. I mentioned the bracket was missing 4 screws and they said it would be an additional $10 (for screws?!) The original quote was $75; $85 with 4 screws. I mentioned that was insane, but he wouldn't budge on the price, so we agreed to $85. He shows up and immediately says it's going to be more than the original quote of $85 because he had to put the fan together and it would take additional time. This was already a bad start. I've installed fans before and putting a fan together is no hard task. He said it would cost an additional $75 for the whole job. It was pretty crazy and I was blown away. He mentioned that if I didn't want to go with him, he understood, but we really wanted it done. I asked instead of $160, can we do $150, and again, he wouldn't budge. Being that I didn't want to waste my time looking for another person to install the ceiling, I reluctantly agreed. In hinds sight, I should've just done the damn thing myself but I currently have some back problems. The whole job took about 45 minutes. How we paid $160 for 45 minutes is beyond me. We were having some work done outside, so our power was out and couldn't turn the fan on to check how it worked. He left for the day and that was that. Once the power was on, the fan worked but it was ridiculously loud. I texted him again to see if he can possibly fix the problem (whatever it was) and he texted back saying they don't do maintenance (with an exclamation mark.) Granted, he was literally here the day before and the fan was new. All we wanted was for him to come back and make sure installation was done properly and maybe nothing out of place. I have to say that from the start to the end, it was a pretty miserable time dealing with this company. Wouldn't recommend at all. read more
