Ricardo did say that in some cases, depending on the walling and roofs, breakage of the wall would be necessary for some people, but not mine fortunately. Ricardo and is colleague were awesome, professional yet friendly and personable. They cleaned up after themselves and did an overall fantastic job to make any streaks or scrapes anywhere. The name of the company I spoke with: Tv installation professionals The name on the CC charge: 99install I called and setup an appointment, they charged my card like $35 for a "deposit" for some reason. On the day of the appointment they called and said their driver had slid off the road? During a completely dry week. Kinda weird. We re-scheduled. On the 2nd day of the appointment the driver no-call no-showed. So we set up a 3rd appointment between 5 and 6:30 pm and our credit card was charged around 5:30 for the FULL amount that I NEVER GAVE AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE(I gave them permission to charge for the deposit but never once gave them permission to charge my card on the day of service). Driver once again no-call no-showed. So our installer never even showed up but they charged our card the full amount. Sure enough, I start going on Google and there is absolutely nothing positive about this sham of a company. Completely bogus. Criminals and thieves. So I call my bank and do that whole thing, then I call the "company" a few times to make sure I get a refund and am not charged a cancellation fee. I think the 3rd time I called that night they answered under a completely different name "Handyman services" or "Handyman install" or Handyman something. So I said "Oh so you guys are going by Handyman now?" then the person on the phone(guy with an Asian accent) raised his voice to me and told me to "STOP CALLING." and hung up on me. I called one more time and asked "I just want confirmation on the last 4 digits of the card you are going to refund." and the guy said "OK I'M GOING TO GO AHEAD AND BLOCK YOUR NUMBER NOW."
