Last year we had Secure Tech Security install a set of 4 cameras on our cabin in Lake Arrowhead, Ca. The cameras are very high quality and are well positioned to see our yard from every angle. We have had the cameras set up so that I can see them from my lap top, my desk top (really great pictures on a 27 inch screen), and our i-phones. We also had them rework our alarm system. One of my favorite things about them is that they seem to do everything electronic and do it well! We had them do our house security system (smart phone controlled), security cameras, surround sound (inside and out), Hang TVs, canned lighting, and other electrical work. I thought I was going to have to find four or more companies to take care if our house and Securetech was able to do everything we needed for a reasonable price. George called me back and treated me like a child and lectured me about how they aren't a "teaching facility" but a business. Company has been a disappointment. Initially, I was impressed. The staff inside is friendly and nice. However, don't use them if they are not in your area as they will charge you excessive fees to travel. They charge excessive fees for any type of change in service. Read your contract. There are other companies that will work with you if you have to move or change your service but not SecureTech. Do your research - you can get more for your money somewhere else and not have to fight with them over new fees that they will add on to your bill. It is not good business to punish the consumer when they are forced to relocate for financial reasons. Shame on you SecureTech. read more
