The LA Patrol response, "We don't have anyone to respond to your call." That was it. They never followed up until I called this Monday morning. The local manager called back and said they did not have anyone to work the night shift so they were not responding to these calls for response at night. ???? Their website says 24 Alarm Response and their service will exceed your expectations. Baloney! The manager offered me a month's refund. On top of that, I just received a letter from this manager saying they were going to raise my monthly rate! Seems like they are in the business of billing but not honoring their contract. I am going to another local provider. Who by the way is cheaper and recommended by my alarm provider. I suggest anyone who is a Lake Arrowhead Patrol customer, do so at their own risk.
