Eric at ESC Electrical helped me when my secondary insurance company required a certified electrician to assess my "older" breaker panel in Lake Arrowhead. He reviewed the panel gave his recommendations which were fixed and wrote a letter stating the panel was in good working order. The out of state insurance company accepted the letter and didn't cancel. (Funny, the secondary insurance is only covering plumbing and liability, not a 10 year old roof nor fire). When the power came back on, 2 back outlets in my master bathroom were blown out. One outlet had a GFCI; the 2nd outlet had a dimmer light switch on it. We contacted ESC to provide an estimate to install a transfer switch for a generator, install a ceiling fan and a 220 outlet. The initial response was quick; Eric asked if I could wait until after Thanksgiving for an estimate and he asked that I text him directly to setup an appointment. I text him the same day around noon to give him my contact info and he confirmed receipt of my text. I followed-up 1.5 weeks later and still haven't heard back to setup an appointment.
