Michael squeezed me in for the same day and troubleshooted everything until he figured out that when Tesla installed our new solar system, they did not install the new breaker correctly; and the breaker was literally melting inside the panel, causing it to spark and short. I was quoted a price and a few hours prior to the work that was to be performed I received a text from Michael, the owners son stating his father wanted more money. Prior to the quote the son visited my home to assess the work to be done. He didn't have the equipment needed to complete the job. I was told I would have to pay an additional $150.00 for them to rent the scaffold. I stated I have a scaffold they could use. The same scaffold can be rented at Home Depot for $39. The job was to replace two ceiling light fixtures with new ones. I was told it would take 4 hours to do so. I would NEVER recommend anyone to utilize their services unless you are okay with being ripped off, experience bad customer service and like doing business with flakey people.
