Little did we know when we bought it that the work could have been done more effectively. Our most recent issue was that the pole extending from the roof was bent because the electrical wires were too taut. Again, using Yelp's trusty project feature, we sent inquiries to local companies. EST Electric responded very promptly and asked for pictures and more details. Other companies either gave us a ridiculous estimate or simply said, "We don't do that, sorry." Another company completely ghosted us when they said they would show up to see the extent of the work and never did. EST Electric was very responsive and even offered to gauge the extent of work beforehand. They were even flexible in terms of changing dates as our electric company kept rescheduling power outages. They offered a very decent price as well. The day of the project came and George, the owner of the company, showed up with his brother and godson. The problem was fixed within four hours including the time they went out to get the right materials; they went to Home Depot, Lowe's, and local store chains to find the right part. Talk about going above and beyond! The end result was beautiful with a nice, straight, sturdy pipe securing the electrical wires. Highly recommend EST Electric for all electrical needs.
