They were not only able to repair our kitchen lighting, but they were able to upgrade it for a very reasonable price. Fixed it in 30 min, one year warranty. If you are busy, don't care, or have way too many customers, just say so! Really disappointed. read more

We had problems with the lighting in our two back to back bathrooms. I checked what I could but this was beyond my expertise, which isn't much. I contacted ADV to change light switches and outlets. The woman who answered the phone was nice and told me that "Rick" would contact me that day. He didn't. I called again about two days later, spoke to the same woman. Told her I hadn't heard from anyone. She told me "Rick was just here but he left, I'll tell him that you've called again and to get a hold of you". I'm not still waiting because I contacted another company who acted as if they wanted my business. They scheduled an appointment for the next day, cashed 45 minutes before the appointment time, was extremely prompt with their service. Called them in the morning at 9am because an outlet stopped working and resetting the breaker didn't work. I was told the electrician would be out between 12pm and 3pm. I called at 12pm and asked for a more specific time and was told 2:30. I waited until 3:15 and no one showed. Came out to troubleshoot/fix an outlet/switch under my kitchen sink for my garbage disposal and did a great job after the company my home warranty sent me. The home warranty guy said he couldn't fix it cause the wires weren't connected or there that he needed. These guys found and reconnected the wires. read more
