I was using Troy Alarm for years at my business for our Fire Alarm System. Its was a good company…read more I shopped it once after 12 years and they were the cheapest so I kept using them. Nothing to write home about. I got a call about a month ago from a nice woman who introduced herself as being with Rapid Fire, and that Troy Alarm was now a part of them. She spoke about the extra things they could do beyond the fire alarm, and had her come by. She looked at my alarm system I had installed years ago by ADT and the cameras. (I put them up myself). She covered what a new system would do and how new cameras have AI in them. I'm kind of a geek when it comes to tech, and went forward with it. The techs came out, 2 days later the finished the work and I really like what I've got. So far it's working well, and my wife has even comment that I'm obsessed with looking at the office and warehouse from my phone. Its cool! I'd suggest this company, they do it all.

A week prior it was 106 degrees so I was freaked (my mother and I have health conditions that are triggered by heat). I had to endure about a week of upper 90's but it wasn't too bad. They were professional. Very quick and I am very happy with their work. I was recently concerned about my roof and they were even able to give me some pointers about that too! Thanks RDL.

When our AC was installed it was done improperly and had a leak in our coolant. Second time Jesse…read morecame he said he didn't have enough time or equipment to fix it properly and just added coolant even with the leak and said it should last us about a month. This is when the real problems began. It died within a week and we called an made an appointment for Thursday at 5 pm. I called and made sure he was coming because I had to move my schedule around since no one else would be home. At 6pm no one came so I started calling and he does not pick up. He finally picks up at 7 and says he can't do it because he didn't have the right equipment. If that was the case then the professional thing to do would be to let us know that he cannot make it so we don't have to wait on him. He says that he will be here the next day at 4. On the next day I again move my schedule around and wait until 4. Again no one shows and I call him multiple times and he does not respond. I tell my housemate to call and he picks up right away and says that he is on his way and will be here within 30 minutes. Around 6 he does not show up and my housemate calls and he does not pick up. We call the homeowner to let them know what is going on and the technician says he will be here in 5-10 minutes. Which is 2 hours past the time he said he would be. I find this very unprofessional that they did not let us know that they weren't even going to come. And when he showed up not even a single apology and acted like nothing was wrong.
