We have a tenant-occupied property in Crestline, and a tree service company accidentally knocked…read moredown some power lines. Edison couldn't fix it because it fell under an owner-specific height requirement, so I had to find an electrician myself. The companies my property management team contacted were unbelievably expensive, it honestly felt like they were taking advantage of the situation since it was a rental property. Thankfully, Edison referred me to Shaun (S-H-A-U-N) from Crestline Electric, and he was incredible. He came out, assessed everything, and gave me a quote that was completely reasonable. Not only that, he was extremely personable, honest, and straightforward. His work was excellent, and I immediately felt at ease knowing I was working with someone who truly cared about doing the job right, not upselling or exploiting the situation. Since then, I've continued to use Shaun for other electrical projects because he did such an amazing job and has stayed in communication throughout the process. He's fair, he tells you honestly what you need (and what you don't need), and he'll be upfront if something will be costly. I highly recommend Shaun from Crestline Electric for any electrical needs in Crestline or anywhere nearby. He's trustworthy, reliable, and truly exceptional at what he does.

We really appreciated his communication and work, so we had him back to upgrade our entire electrical panel and install a Tesla charger. Eric handled everything, including coordinating with the city, staying on schedule, and keeping us in the loop throughout the process. His rates were extremely fair -- especially compared to several other estimates we received that were quite a bit higher. It's clear he takes pride in doing quality work and cares about his clients. He was reliable, professional, and kind -- exactly who you want working on your home. If you're in the Lake Arrowhead area and need an electrician, call Eric. (951) 751-8033

When we first moved into our home, he handled a permitted electrical panel project and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was professional, quick, communicative, and did excellent work. From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience. The team is a hardworking family business that takes pride in their craft. The pricing was incredibly fair for the quality of work we received -- honestly, it's rare to find such skilled professionals who are also so easy to work with. He walked us through the timeline and process of an electrical panel upgrade, 220V run to our spa, EV charger install, aided in spa placement to meet code requirements, and in addition to all that, he tackled numerous electrical jobs inside and below our home from inspection reports. He always gave us as thorough timelines as he could, considering code enforcement, permitting process, and BVES inspections can be unpredictable. Matt handheld us through many difficult processes and had much patience while my wife and I were dealing with an overwhelming amount of time-sensitive issues involving multiple repairs in the purchasing of our home. He provided multiple in-depth estimates when he said he would, had great advice on all fronts, and he also acts as a general contractor. We will definitely hire Matt for any future work, and cannot recommend him highly enough.

He installed a 200-amp service for my home in Big Bear Lake and handled everything seamlessly, including coordination with Bear Valley Electric and the City of Big Bear Lake Building Department--even navigating surprise safety grid shutdowns. What really impressed me was his advocacy: when the utility wanted to place the new panel in front (which would've hurt the home's look), John convinced them to keep it at the back. He also replaced outdated hanging lights with LED fixtures that opened up the space, and even suggested a copper trim paint to match the wood ceilings--attention to detail you rarely see in contractors. Yes, he's in high demand and books up fast, but he's worth the wait. Honest, thoughtful, and deeply experienced. I'm eager to work with him again.
