Legit couldn't wait to write a review for them. Out of the 6 companies we reached out to, Paul, the owner, was the only who actually followed up and scheduled an estimate. He was insanely fast with getting us a ballpark price on what to expect, and his attention to detail was great. He scheduled a visit the following week and walked through everything we would need and actually listed to what we wanted and found the middle ground to make it all work. They relocated an exterior outlet for Christmas decorations in our front porch, added additional lighting for our home gym, added exterior flood lights for our Pickleball court and added 2 interior lights for our entertainment center / living room area. I can't even come close to recommending apex to do any work around your house. While upgrading my electrical panel one of the apex workers broke the spigot off my water heater and flooded my house. Causing extensive damage! If that wasn't bad enough apex owner Paul didn't show a shred of decency to us! Said go through his insurance company that took almost 7 days to respond! He didn't bother trying to help us out with accommodating us with hotels or anything during this time. As a matter of fact after ruining my house, he still said the bill is due! I think that's the most insane part of this whole thing. I wish I went with another company to do my electrical work! Horrible horrible customer service! Please listen to me when I say find someone else, because if they mess up anything in your home Paul and his team won't give a crap about it.
