Although the website states there is NO RESTOCKING FEES and FREE SHIPPING, upon calling to process the return we were told there is a RETURN PROCESSING FEE and we would have to pay back the "free" shipping charge. WHAT? Along with paying the return shipping fees. We asked if we could return the lights directly to the store and were told then there would be a restocking fee because they don't sell these lights in the store normally. SO MUCH FOR NO RESTOCKING FEES..... they just change the wording to "processing fees". I have shopped on their website and in the store in the past and spent a lot of money on custom lights and home decor. I am very disappointed in their customer service for returns. We ordered new vanity lights from another company. Make sure you don't need to return anything to this company or you will be out quite a bit of money.
