Had issues with half of the electricity in my house going off, Called Brian and within an hour he was here. Went through a few troubleshooting issues and found the circuit breaker was the issue. Everything was fixed within 30 minutes and he spent the time to educate me (electric dummy) with steps on how to prevent the issue from happening again and tips on yearly maintenance. i called brian from hansen electric due to having some electrical outlets not working. he showed up diagnosed the problem by asking the people which electrical outlets were not working, and brian found by asking the right questions they were plugging in a space heater in the upper bedroom. he found a fuse that was not working fixed the problem and by his trouble shooting solved the problem. he was so honest, and very reasonable.. for any future electrical work we need brian will be the one we call. he saved us a lot of time by trouble shooting the problem quickly and efficiently. also he was so fair on his prices!!!! thank you brian for taking care of business! read more

I had Hansen Electric install 2 new circuits and single gangs for outdoor heat tapes and sensors and repair a poor electrical termination found in the home inspection. Not only was his work top notch and done very professional, he went way beyond the call of duty by cleaning out the gutter on the house when he was on the roof. All of this was done for a very reasonable price too. You can just tell by the quality of the work, that he pays attention to detail and takes his time to do the job right. Brian is great, he recently installed external power for my hot tub. He gave me a rough estimate that came in lower than I expected and didn't go over, hit it right on the money. I call big bear electric to cut a branch that was hanging on my power line, only to get a call from them, telling me they are turning my POWER OFF!! due to Riser being unsafe!! OMG!! this is a weekend cabin, and im in Los Angeles.... I beg them to please wait so I can get someone to take care of this. I call Hansen Electric, on Thursday at 5 PM.. he says he'll be there in the morning. Low and be hold, I get a call from Brian at 9am!! says this isn't going to be too bad, has me fixed in no time!! at a REASONABLE price!! could of got me for a lot more as he knew I was desperate and in his hands completely!
