While I originally did not intend to leave a formal review, the number of issues I have encountered is unacceptable. I have experienced leaks throughout the system. I have even had to purchase my own crimping tool to repair pipes myself. Additionally, all of the piping in my bathroom required replacement. Most recently, I discovered that the main line entering the house has no support and is completely loose as water flows through it. I chose not to contact you for repairs because I no longer felt comfortable having your team at my property. I am sharing this feedback to document the poor quality of workmanship and the significant repairs I have had to undertake on my own.

We will give the new owners a try when we need plumbing assistance. Thank you for reaching out so quickly to follow up! Old Ownership, Hillman: Extremely disappointed does not begin to describe how I feel after recommending this individual to my recently widowed mother. He got lost, although he lives on the mountain, was routinely rude to my mom on the phone and in person once he arrived. She's trying her best, and address shows correctly with exact accuracy on Google Maps. He spoke very kindly with me and then was very condescending to my mom. Therefore I cancelled him immediately and she broke down in TEARS to me after he left, talking about how he made her feel belittled and reprimanded her that she "needs to learn how to give directions". Maybe he needs to learn how to use Google instead! Maybe he needs a lesson in patience and understanding.... in common decency, respect and basic customer service.

Otherwise, he said it was so very simple to do we can do ourselves, and he even showed us how and sent us detailed explanation on how to do it with one we would go buy ourselves. He offered advice on thermostat types and brands. Definitely will use again!
