He was already set up and scoping out the sewer pipes when we arrived. Unfortunately, Sean was able to see some discrepancies - roots that had made its way into our pipes, creating blockages and backflow into our yard. The technician was very friendly and courteous but, and it's a big "but" he quoted me $900-$1200 for a kitchen faucet and another $1900 for labor. He also stated that his company couldn't guarantee the installation because our water pressure was over 100 psi. Plus he needed to replace our angle stops which would be another $350. I purchased a faucet at Costco for $125 received other bids for less than $300 labor, called our water provider, CVWD and they were aghast that the plumber said our water pressure was too high as it's at 550 psi which is normal for our area and equipment. After I declined to hire Pride Plumbing I've received over 14 text messages and emails from them although I replied with "stop" on their texts. I've now had to block over three different phone numbers yet today I received another text in which I responded again with the reasons why I didn't hire them. Im a senior living in a beautiful community but cost is a factor when I consider vendor services. It's my opinion that I felt taken advantage of and have written this review.

I came across this company on recommendations on ig, and gave them a call. They were local so he showed up within 30 min. The gentleman used a camera and showed me on his screen what the problem was. I clearly had built up grease in my line causing my backup. He used a machine that sprays water and was able to clear it in a matter of 30 min from my wash out. While I originally did not intend to leave a formal review, the number of issues I have encountered is unacceptable. I have experienced leaks throughout the system. I have even had to purchase my own crimping tool to repair pipes myself. Additionally, all of the piping in my bathroom required replacement. Most recently, I discovered that the main line entering the house has no support and is completely loose as water flows through it. I chose not to contact you for repairs because I no longer felt comfortable having your team at my property. I am sharing this feedback to document the poor quality of workmanship and the significant repairs I have had to undertake on my own.
