What blew us away was the level of care his team showed to our property. After trenching and digging, our front yard looked like nothing had even happened. My wife loves her garden, and she was so happy to see how much attention and care were put into protecting her plants while they worked. Their team was efficient, knowledgeable, and completed the work exactly as promised. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and cleanup. Anyone who has had plumbing work done knows that it can sometimes leave quite a mess behind. Jetline Plumbing took the extra step to make sure there was little to no debris left in our yard and that there was virtually no evidence that major plumbing work had even taken place. (repiping of the entire house) They kept us informed throughout the process, honored their commitments regarding cost and timeline, and made sure we were completely satisfied before considering the job finished. In today's world, it's refreshing to work with a company that truly delivers on its promises. Promises made, promises kept. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and would not hesitate to use Jetline Plumbing again or recommend them to family and friends. Decided to give these guys a try so called them and was able to make a same day appointment. Robert texted ahead of time and arrived within the arrival window. He was very nice, answered all my questions, and fixed 1/4 problems we had. One other issue he says could not be fixed and another he could not find a problem to fix. For the last problem, he said he to see if he could get the part and that he would get back to me. If he made an effort to reach out I missed it and as far as I know he never followed up. Since I was surprised that a special part was needed, I went out to get my own part and will try to fix it myself later. He did fix the main issue we called him out for. Given the mixed experience, I will likely try one of the many other eager plumbers who contacted me on Yelp and give one of them a try in the future, but I will not be opposed to using WR again.

Most other plumbers I called wanted to run the drain for the system across the entire garage to tie into my laundry drain, but Miles took one look and said he could do one better than that. For our pressure reducing valve, the original one was soldered on without any way to replace it except by cutting the copper piping on both ends. Before installing the new replacement valve, Miles made sure to install unions on both ends of the pipe so that in the future, if I ever needed to replace it again, I could easily do it myself without having to call a plumber. Out of all the plumbers I contacted for estimates, Jerry's plumbing was the most honest company, providing the best pricing, while offering (in my opinion) the cleanest workmanship. When we told our neighbors how much they charged us for hyrojetting and pumping out 1 septic tank, they told us they had definitely over charged us by at least $300. To be completely honest, I feel like a fool for keeping hiring these people and letting them over charge us time and time again. I'm writing this review now, so you will not make the same mistake we did. We thought customer loyalty means something to this company, and apparently the only thing that matters is just money and greed. They just saw us as easy going, gullible people, to take advantage of. They will rip you off EVERY TIME, doesn't matter how many times you've hired them. By the way, the lady knows nothing about customer service. My final words to this company (mostly to the mean woman calling the shots), if you're going to overcharge your customers, the least you could do is be NICE to them.
