Back again to close the (hopefully) final chapter of our epic plumbing adventure. Gabriel and team had diagnosed our drain pipes were failing during our last big project, and when they unclogged one of our drains last month, verified it had bottomed out. The only option we had was to dig up our side yard and re-reroute everything outside the house, a massive project that had us very apprehensive. Gabriel was fantastic in the planning process, laying out the timing, cuts into the wall and floor ahead of time so we knew what to expect. They stuck to that plan basically to the letter, even after they discovered a bad pipe for our water main, which they also fixed on top of the other work on schedule. The team was also stellar: Marco was here everyday, with help from Eddie, Juan, Leonard and Angelo to finish on time. They all are polite, great communicators and hard workers, and do their very best to clean up before they leave every day. We had the best possible experience with Plumber XP. We had a leak in our bathroom that resulted in needing to repipe the entire home with PEX. At the same time, we also opted to do some additional plumbing work including installing a water conditioner and softener, a FloLogic automatic water shutoff system, an RO system connected to our refrigerator, and a new sink in the garage. Each of these projects required specialized expertise, and Plumber XP delivered on everything. Had a sudden water leak that was coming from the upstairs bathroom that was leaking water to the first floor ceiling. It was an emergency so I called up Plumber XP and they were able come by a within an hour to assess the problem. I had a water softener that needed to be installed. Problem was that the water softener had been damaged during shipping, and the top of the softener had been jammed inside of it and I couldn't move it. Joey got to my house, saw the problem and immediately went to work. I hadn't even hired him yet, and he somehow fixed the top part of the softener.I said you're my plumber, let's go to work ! He also had to fix another problem with the programmer (set time,water hardness, etc...)that got damaged by the fall. Had a leak in an ice machine at our home; plastic tube feeding the ice maker developed a pin hole leak. Called after hours, received a call back within minutes. Scheduled an appointment for the following morning. The plumber (Angelo) shows up as scheduled, asses the issues, developed material takeoff and went out to his service vehicle checks against inventory, identified what parts he still needed and went to secure them himself. Second time using them. They sent out Joey this time. He helped me replace my worn out and leaky shower faucet handles and the special faucet cartridges. He went out of his way to get original faucet fixtures. So he came twice to make sure things were done properly. The faucet handles rotate correctly and stop at the correct position. Eddie came through within an hour to address what we thought was just a clogged toilet. He did a full assessment from the main drain with a camera and found out there were roots growing into 4 different parts of the drain. I needed a new 3" permitted sewer line installed on my property to replace a broken line under my house's concrete slab, and I got quotes from 5 different plumbers for the job. His team made quick work excavating 30 feet of concrete and digging 5 feet down to tap into the main line. Long story short - we had to run a new gas line in our backyard due to a big old leak in the old line. Got three quotes and Plumber XP came in at the most reasonable and Eddie, our technician, was the most thorough when assessing the situation. I don't usually write reviews unless a business truly deserves one, but Plumber XP absolutely does. I recently had a major area drain clog and called Plumber XP. Joey and Belman were the main guys on site, and they were fantastic. They started by assessing the issue with a camera inspection, then performed hydrojetting to clear the drain. After finding damaged piping, they explained everything clearly and ended up cutting into two sections of concrete (about 20 ft each) to replace the old pipes. As you can see in the pictures, the pipes were filled with roots that even the hydrojet couldn't clear. The second issue I also had was a slab leak, and once again Joey and Belman handled it professionally. They had to open up part of my exterior wall to locate the leak and had to reroute the line to my kitchen line. It was tough seeing the stucco come off, but they planned everything carefully and got it done. Both jobs together took about two weeks, and throughout the process, Joey and Belman were professional, trustworthy, and worked incredibly hard to make sure everything was done right. It's not easy finding plumbers who really know what they're doing and take pride in their work, but these guys do. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared to other plumbers I called for estimates. If I ever need plumbing work again, I'll definitely call Plumber XP. Highly recommend them! read more

I had to call for help around 8 30 on Wednesday morning because my water heater ehcih started to leak on Tuesday night got worse overnight. The water was leaking unto the ceiling, surrounding walls, and the wood board underneath. The office staff was really friendly and the technician arrived like in 10 or 15 minutes. Joey and Belman were really nice and very professional. I paid $2000 to have the new water heater and was able to have hot eater back by noontime.
