I cannot recommend Premier Plumbing Services enough! We had a terrible sewage smell coming out from our sink and brought out multiple plumbers to get a quote. Mike (the owner) was an absolute game-changer. Not only was his quote significantly cheaper than the others, but he was also fully transparent and honest about what actually needed to be done. While other companies recommended extensive, expensive work to fix the odor, Mike diagnosed the root cause and fixed our issue directly without any unnecessary extras. He and his team are professional, excellent communicators, and do phenomenal work. We are more than happy with Mike and his team. They are officially our go-to plumbers from now on. Noticed a puddle and some swirling water in my side yard and after a little digging, uncovered a leak in the main line water pipe to my house. A quick call and texted photos of my issue and Sarah was able to grab all my information for Mike to provide me with a repair quote. Not long after Mike and Brandon arrived to take care of my repair. They were friendly, professional and straight forward with the work and had me up and running quickly. Sarah was super communicative from the minute I reported my issue, making sure all my questions were answered and was focused on getting my issue fixed in a no pressure to me sort of way. Pricing was reasonable and I'm happy with the result. The next time I need help with a repair, I know who will be reaching out to first. read more

I had to replace a broken toilet water tank and home pressure regulator. I had to call the manufacturer to ensure the model number of the unit, so Michael could figure out whether we could just replace the tank or needed to replace the toilet too. Thankfully, we just needed the tank. He came with another person at the agreed upon time and did a nice job. Very happy with the work. read more

Premier Plumbing Solutions may be a small operation, but they're responsive, quick, and do quality work. I reached out to Premier Plumbing Solutions via Yelp requesting a quote to install an expansion tank on our tankless water heater, which is required by code as we have a PRV on our main water line, and the water heater has a recirculation pump feature that keeps our hot water loop warm. The original installers didn't mention this, but we were made aware of this issue from another "chain" plumber who tried to upsell us a number of other services. Knowing we needed an expansion tank to reduce stress on our plumbing system, I quickly glanced over a few local plumbers in the area. Premier Plumbing Solutions came up quickly as they're hyper-local and had strong reviews. Sarah was quick to respond with a rough price range that I was more comfortable with - nearly 1/3 the price of the large "chain" plumbing company. Scheduling was quick and easy, and Sarah was pleasant to talk to over the phone. Mike (plumber) arrived on time, surveyed the job, and got to work. About 2 hours later he was done. Used a few pro-press fittings, a few short lengths of copper pipe, and a 2-gal expansion tank mounted appropriately to our stucco wall. Straight, to the point, nothing crazy... done with quality and efficiency. Overall, very happy with Premier Plumbing Solutions and I'll be keeping their number on hand for future plumbing jobs. read more

Messaged them about reinstalling our bathroom items after installing flooring. Mike was able to come out quickly, explained what was needed for the repair, and did not attempt to upsell me for extra services. The price offered was very reasonable, and he finished the project the same day. He also did a wonderful job educating me about the current plumbing system in my house, and what to watch for in the long term to avoid possible leaks. I would definitely use Premier again. read more

We needed a kitchen clog cleared up. Went through Yelp and it sent out a request to a few local businesses to help with getting quotes and estimated times. Everyone reached out quite quickly, but Sarah seemed to get right into finding out what needed to be done. She kept me updated on arrival time and sent a digital invoice at the end. Mike was very knowledgeable and respectful of our home while he was fixing the clog. As in he wore shoe covers indoors. Thankfully the clog was able to fixed during this first visit. The price was also great. He didn't need to, but Mike also cleaned up the leak that came about when the sink first clogged up. We're very happy with the service and would probably call them again if something comes up. read more
