My shower lever was leaking and I didn't want to wait for the weekend to pass since it was getting worse. I called a couple of place but they didn't work on the weekends. I messaged Ben and he was willing to come out on a Saturday morning at the time that worked for me. I had an older mixet shower valve system therefore I could not get a newer/nicer/modern design. My tenants had issues with the valve of their toilet (the toilet is more than 20 years old). My husband attempted to resolve the issue with a new toilet kit, but encountered issues which only a plumber could solve.
