Ramón was very responsive and was able to come out within about two hours of me contacting him on Labor Day weekend. He was friendly, professional, and accommodating, and I was happy with the work itself. I was actually okay with the price at the time because I assumed I was paying a premium for the convenience of getting someone out so quickly on a holiday weekend. If it had been a rush or holiday fee, I would have completely understood that. What changed my perspective was learning that the pricing would essentially be the same for a regular appointment. I have another toilet that will eventually need work, and at that point I realized the regular pricing is simply higher than I would personally want to pay. Because of that, while I was satisfied with the work, I probably would not use him for routine plumbing work where I have time to shop around. I do appreciate that Ramón followed up with me afterward and reminded me that the work comes with a one-year warranty. That was a nice touch and gave me some peace of mind. Overall, I was happy with Ramón's responsiveness, professionalism, and the quality of the work. My only real hesitation is the regular pricing. For an urgent situation, I can understand paying more for fast service, but for routine work I would recommend comparing a few estimates first. read more

I had an emergency situation with my kitchen sink not draining and it overflowed onto the counter and floor. My service technician RAMON came to rescue the day. He knew just by looking what the problem was and got right to it. He was very thorough with it and we stayed in communication the whole time to make sure everything was working properly. And to top it off he fixed my washer which was spilling all over the floor during a draining cycle. This man literally saved my home, I'm not over exaggerating. He really is the best and I plan on calling him whenever I have any plumbing problems no questions about it. I highly recommend this company and this technician (Ramon) read more

Great work! We had a clogged sink drain that he unclogged right away and with little issue, and while he was taking care of that, we also asked him to install a drain plug last minute. Something we'd been meaning to do for months! He took care of it without question, which I greatly appreciated. Very flexible scheduling, too! He was willing to work with our schedule and came right on the dot. Very punctual. You don't have to wait on him or worry about him coming on time. While the price was a little steep, I do think he does excellent work and was very meticulous in ensuring that there wasn't a mess left behind or that there were no leaks. He even laid a towel underneath to make sure and told us to call if anything was wrong. He was really sweet! 10/10 service! read more

Ramon from Blue Diamond Plumbing was awesome. Our kitchen faucet's hot water handle broke due to wear and being old, so water was spewing out. The valve below wasn't working so I had to shut the main valve outside off. Since I live in a "Condo" type place, it shuts water off for all the 4 units which I did not want to inconvenience anyone. I Frantically called several 24/7 plumbers (7 to be exact) but no one answered except 2. One was giving me an ETA of 3 hours. I had called Ramon by accident thinking it was the 1st person I spoke with but regardless, Ramon answered and I explained my situation. He immediately gave me a quote and an ETA of an hour which is exactly what I was hoping for. Ramon came, fixed one, offered to fix the cold water also, and replace our faucet with something more up to date/modern. I agreed to all the services and was highly satisfied. He was quick, courteous, and efficient. I would highly recommend Blue Diamond to anyone who wants things done (especially during emergencies). read more

Ramon has done work for us twice now and he's done really great work each time. He's very responsive, arrived when scheduled, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The first time he came out to fix our toilet, and the second he replaced a pipe that had become corroded. Each time he's been here, he's cleaned up after himself and left things looking as though he hadn't been there. Glad to have found a competent plumber after having a really awful experience with our last plumber. read more

Ramon owns and operates this company. He is extremely responsive and gets jobs (big or small) done on a swift timeline. I hired him to do an entire sewer liner and within that same day he was out my house getting the work started by hand. Every time since that I have hired him for work, he comes out, gives his own estimate, then does the work himself, updating me the entire time and documenting the process to ensure all work is done properly and completely. Ramon was extremely helpful with my questions regarding a stopped up kitchen sink and scheduled me for a same-day appointment to resolve the issue. Throughout the appointment, Ramon explained his procedure to fix the problem and shared video footage of the main line which provided us with insight regarding future problems needing attention. Under no pressure to move forward with additional service, my husband and I decided to have Ramon return for a hydra flush. Ramon and his associate arrived on time, protected surfaces, walked us through the procedure, and likewise showed us video footage of the main line following the clean out! We highly recommend Blue Diamond Plumbing and Rooter! Ramon and his associate were pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and trustworthy! read more

If you need a good plumber, call Ramon at Blue Diamond Plumbing and Rooter. He helped us out with a couple of things -- replaced two water valves for our washer and put in a new kitchen faucet. He was super fair with pricing, got everything done quickly, and was just really easy to work with. We liked him so much we called him back when we found a leak at our backyard hose hookup. He replied fast and showed up the next day to fix it. Honestly, my husband and I are really happy with his work. Ramon's kind, respectful, and treats your home like it's his own. WOW!!! That is 1 word to describe my experience. Ramon was so knowledgeable and came no less than 24 hours after I had originally messaged him. I originally only hired him to fix the main water valve that shuts off the water in the front of the house, but after seeing how quickly he finished the job in about two hours, I decided to show him other parts of the house I wanted fixed. He gave me a quote on the spot and it was very reasonable compared to other small businesses that I had called. He doesn't try to price gouge you or make you do unnecessary things to your plumbing. He's a very honest, hard-working man that you can trust with your plumbing. The next day, he came to completely replace our water heater because we had the incorrect size and the pipes were extremely corroded. Mind you, it was raining this day and he didn't cancel on me. After installing the new water heater, he quickly moved onto fixing the pipes underneath the porch sink that were leaking and he did it in no more than 30 minutes. Then he came into the home and looked at the shower knobs that I showed him were loose and were unable to control whether the water came out from the top or the bottom faucet. He was able to fix it without destroying any of the tile in the shower, which was so impressive because other plumbers had told me they would have needed to create a big hole on the opposite side of the wall or destroy the tile which I wanted to avoid. Then he came back a third day and did repairs on our ADU. He repaired a showerhead and shower knobs that were so corroded that my fiancée couldn't take out using his tools. His work was so clean. He also fixed the kitchen water valves and put new ones. And he did the same in the bathroom sink area. Oh! And he did me the big favor of removing the bathroom vanity, which I was going to struggle, taking out myself as a woman. I can't say enough good things about this company, specifically Ramon. He is such a gem of a plumber and will always be a saved contact on my phone next time I need work done on the home!!! read more

They were PHENOMENAL!!! The communication was OUTSTANDING they replied on New Eve's Day! They came the next day and replaced a water vault, installed a water regulator, and water heater. Had them install new bathroom sinks which included fixing some leaking valves and redoing the drains. They were very friendly and clearly explained the costs before doing any work and I even appreciated them putting shoe covers on when entering the house and being patient to work around other contractors that were working at the same time. They did great work and explained everything they did and also tested and re-tested low pressure from the sinks. They showed me that my water lines had good pressure so I knew it wasn't a bigger problem. read more
