WOW!!! That is 1 word to describe my experience. Ramon was so knowledgeable and came no less than 24 hours after I had originally messaged him. I originally only hired him to fix the main water valve that shuts off the water in the front of the house, but after seeing how quickly he finished the job in about two hours, I decided to show him other parts of the house I wanted fixed. He gave me a quote on the spot and it was very reasonable compared to other small businesses that I had called. He doesn't try to price gouge you or make you do unnecessary things to your plumbing. He's a very honest, hard-working man that you can trust with your plumbing. The next day, he came to completely replace our water heater because we had the incorrect size and the pipes were extremely corroded. Mind you, it was raining this day and he didn't cancel on me. After installing the new water heater, he quickly moved onto fixing the pipes underneath the porch sink that were leaking and he did it in no more than 30 minutes. Then he came into the home and looked at the shower knobs that I showed him were loose and were unable to control whether the water came out from the top or the bottom faucet. He was able to fix it without destroying any of the tile in the shower, which was so impressive because other plumbers had told me they would have needed to create a big hole on the opposite side of the wall or destroy the tile which I wanted to avoid. Then he came back a third day and did repairs on our ADU. He repaired a showerhead and shower knobs that were so corroded that my fiancée couldn't take out using his tools. His work was so clean. He also fixed the kitchen water valves and put new ones. And he did the same in the bathroom sink area. Oh! And he did me the big favor of removing the bathroom vanity, which I was going to struggle, taking out myself as a woman. I can't say enough good things about this company, specifically Ramon.
