Got a new washing machine today but wasn't able to connect it because of frozen valves. Then when I tried to do it myself I found out the whole pipe was actually leaking. We used Drain Bros for 3 different types of services. 1) camera inspection to check integrity of drain lines on home I was about to move in to. Alan, the owner, recommended to eventually change the original cast iron as they were some areas that were severely shrunken. He provided photos and a thorough analysis. 2) after 3 days of moving in we had blockage on both toilets and water was overflowing. He immediately remembered my home from a month earlier and said he could be there the next morning. He came the following morning right on time and snaked the line and also ran another camera inspection to show the blockage. 3) We then had another blockage and we decided to pay to have all the drains re-plumbed as he recommended previously. Drain Bros price was easily the fairest and he squeezed me in his busy schedule. They knocked it out in one day!!!!! Alan and his team were extremely professional and clean. They did the repairs as promised, patched any drywall work, and literally went above and beyond. They kept me up to date every way through with pictures and videos. On July 6th (late evening) I contacted Drain Bros for a clogged drain. After speaking with Alan he said he would be able to dispatch someone ASAP at the rate $155.00. Unfortunately, I had to decline the immediate service even though I needed it because I just couldn't pay that. He did tell me he could send someone over first thing in the morning and it would be $55. I thought I left a review already for Alan. Drain Bros is my go to plumber from now on. You know why? Cause he ACTUALLY is an HONEST Plumber. He's done 2 projects for me. First one, lifted out the toilet, wore booties, snaked the toilet, and couldn't get further. Went under the house to investigate, took pictures and told me the last guy who worked on the house messed up and we should go to him to fix it cause he would be $X dollars. Did not even ask for any money after putting everything back. I did tip him for his work cause that was a lot of effort. Part 2, called him out to my house to fix a blockage that i couldn't get through. He did it in 30 mins and proceeded to cam the pipe just to show me that its all clear from the back of my house to the street. I cannot say enough about how great our experience with Drain Bros was. I spoke to two other companies about a clogged drain line. Our home was built in 1965 and the original cast iron pipes were in bad shape. Alan not only beat everyone else's quote on epoxy lining our pipe, but did an amazing job on the work. A couple weeks ago, my 60 year old house started to develop plumbing issues.. specifically kitchen drainage issue. I checked the crawl space and found a puddle of sewerage water, which was not a pleasant surprise.
