Jasper is a chill guy whose verbiage speaks to his craft. I contacted him as a second opinion to the first company that arrived and snaked the drain. I was informed by the first company that they would need to perform a small excavation at the joint as there was a major shifting of the pipes. When I showed Jasper the previous endoscoping camera video, he didn't believe that would be needed. After Jasper arrived, he went straight to the cleanout pipe that was affected. He performed the camera scoping as agreed upon and was explaining all his findings to me in real-time, such as minor cracks, some separation in some of the older pipings, and the uncertain debris, which highly appeared as either cement or rocks. He did recommend hydro-jetting and provided me time to think about. After deciding to do it, he performed it and rescoped it, showing the debris had been cleared at that section. I called around noon for a kitchen faucet replacement and was able to get a same day appointment for 4pm, which showed amazing service response. The technician was there on time and finished quickly, but did a thorough job checking everything out. He took lots of photos and documented well. He even mentioned that there was another part of the sink that had corroded and that we should keep an eye on it and be careful when spraying the back of the faucet, which showed his attention to detail.
