Jasper is a chill guy whose verbiage speaks to his craft. I contacted him as a second opinion to the first company that arrived and snaked the drain. I was informed by the first company that they would need to perform a small excavation at the joint as there was a major shifting of the pipes. When I showed Jasper the previous endoscoping camera video, he didn't believe that would be needed. After Jasper arrived, he went straight to the cleanout pipe that was affected. He performed the camera scoping as agreed upon and was explaining all his findings to me in real-time, such as minor cracks, some separation in some of the older pipings, and the uncertain debris, which highly appeared as either cement or rocks. He did recommend hydro-jetting and provided me time to think about. After deciding to do it, he performed it and rescoped it, showing the debris had been cleared at that section.
