Jasper is a chill guy whose verbiage speaks to his craft. I contacted him as a second opinion to the first company that arrived and snaked the drain. I was informed by the first company that they would need to perform a small excavation at the joint as there was a major shifting of the pipes. When I showed Jasper the previous endoscoping camera video, he didn't believe that would be needed. After Jasper arrived, he went straight to the cleanout pipe that was affected. He performed the camera scoping as agreed upon and was explaining all his findings to me in real-time, such as minor cracks, some separation in some of the older pipings, and the uncertain debris, which highly appeared as either cement or rocks. He did recommend hydro-jetting and provided me time to think about. After deciding to do it, he performed it and rescoped it, showing the debris had been cleared at that section. Down-to-earth business owner. For those considering, always look around and don't be afraid to send any camera recordings to others businesses to assess. If you elect to go with this company, I hope your experience was as good as mine. read more

I hired Jasper for a valve repair and paid $100. Unfortunately the repair failed within 15 minutes. Despite scheduling three follow-up appointments, they failed to show up every time, and then just ghosted me. Sort of a bummer, because he seemed like a nice guy. read more

We had a mess. Nasty... And I mean nasty clog in the kitchen sink leading to the main line. We had years of build up coming up through our bathroom sinks. Called Blackwell at 7pm in the evening and after hearing my situation he said he would be here in 15 minutes. He snaked the line for nearly an hour and recommended a flush. Quoted a price that was significantly below what another major company gave me. He sent his technician Rick to handle the flush the very next morning. Rick was beyond amazing. Professional and courteous. No surprise costs. Super happy with the service and clean up afterwards. These guys are legit. If you are in their area these guys are the ones you need to call. read more

I recently had Blackwell Plumbing out to fix a shower leak in my bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with their service and work. They gave me a thorough diagnosis of the problem, and worked with me to stay within my budget. Even when we ran into an unexpected issue (too much wood behind the shower from the other side of the drywall), they adapted quickly, headed to Home Depot to grab what we needed and continued the work. Same original quote, no surprises, and got everything fixed smoothly and left the place clean. Took them longer than expected and I can't be more thankful. Professional and effective. Will highly recommend them. read more

He scheduled twice , completely failed to show the first time. I had to call to find out he'd be another couple of hours. Unacceptable. Second time, he called as I was heading to the location to cancel on us. He "forgot " he had an ultrasound appointment with his partner. Communication is missing! (My dad passed away and we were trying to get his house ready). The gentleman I called, to replace him with, showed up right at the agreed upon time, took care of all of the issues and did a great job!! That's communication!! read more

Blackwell Plumbing was recommended by my community group, and when I connected with them in the evening, I was pleasantly surprised to get to communicate after hours and secure an appt. for the very next day. Jasper was prompt, professional, and communicated well, and was able to send technicians Robert & Richard out very quickly to resolve my tankless hot water heater issue. Robert & Richard were friendly, thorough and explained everything to me as I like to understand what is going on. They gave me a reasonable price for the service as well - which is awesome considering things were fixed in less than 24 hours from the initial loss of hot water. They gave me preventative advice as well, which I truly appreciate. It is hard to find such caring and friendly technicians, especially on such a hot and humid day and having to be in the direct sun to do the work! Thank you Blackwell Plumbing - Jasper, Robert and Richard! read more

Amazing. Our kitchen sink was stopped up and leaking. I got a referral for Jasper - and sent him a text. He responded immediately and arranged a time to come out to take a look - free estimate. When he got here, there was water all over the kitchen. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave us a quote - which was very reasonable considering he came out within a day of the call. He went out and bough the necessary supplies, fixed the sink, and went under the house (crawl space) to replace all the pipes. Three hours later, he is cleaning up and thanking us for the business. His professionalism, quick response, and great work is worth every penny. We will call you again for anything that comes up. Thank you. read more

I called around noon for a kitchen faucet replacement and was able to get a same day appointment for 4pm, which showed amazing service response. The technician was there on time and finished quickly, but did a thorough job checking everything out. He took lots of photos and documented well. He even mentioned that there was another part of the sink that had corroded and that we should keep an eye on it and be careful when spraying the back of the faucet, which showed his attention to detail. Pricing was also very transparent and comparable to other quotes. Both the person I called to book the appointment and the technician were polite and easy to communicate with. I also appreciated the invoice that was sent promptly -- it showed organization and good professionalism in their business. read more

First off, I was thankful and impressed by the quick response and willingness to work with my schedule. Day of- Jasper communicated with me from the beginning and made sure I was aware of all the potential issues. I really appreciated his desire to mitigate the need to punch holes all over my house to find the issue. He was quick to find the source of our leak and made only the necessary cuts to access and repair the affected pipe. What a crazy day, but luckily I was able to have some peace of mind that Jasper and his team were there to solve the issue; which was done faster than I thought. Thank you Jasper and crew. Would I recommend- ABSOLUTELY!!! In a world where sometimes customer can be lacking, Blackwell Plumbing did not let me down at all. read more
