I think this is singlehandedly the best contract work I've experienced in years! Parker picked up my call on the first try and, through a series of text, calls, and pictures, was able to give me an honest, frank assessment. We scheduled in the techs and they showed up exactly on time. Sam even texted me to let me know they were 20 minutes out. While here, they were very friendly, professional, and respectful of my property & family. They completed the water heater replacement on time, kept the work area clean, and answered my questions. They were even masked the entire time. Sam also gave me tips on how to reduce future problems by draining calcium buildup. Finally, the water heater they installed was a Rheem...very high quality. It now sits next to a Rheem furnace, which was installed in 1971.
