I immediately wanted them to be the people to replace my water heater. I was able to reach Parker on Yelp and he gave me a reasonable quote. He also asked me to take pictures of the current water heater so he knows what they're working with. By looking at my pictures he pointed out some of the things that they might need for the installation so there was full transparency. I informed him that we think it is just the water heater that needs to be replaced but want someone to confirm there isn't anything else wrong and he assured that's something they'll verify. He was able to send someone the same day. The technician, Danny, informed me of his arrival time when he was 30 minutes away. When Danny was done with the water heater replacement, he provided necessary information to my tenant, then he called me to brief me on the completion of the install. My tenant complimented Danny for his professionalism and said he wants to use this company for any future needs. I was thoroughly satisfied with Parker and Danny. They were extremely communicative, professional, and quick to resolve the issue. My heart dropped at this point because I had no one to call and refused to call those many flyers that get dropped off once a week in the mailbox. I called a neighbor who recommend Primo Plumbing immediately and I will be forever grateful he did. I spoke to Jordan who calmly listened and more or less held my hand through the phone as I explained what my issues were. It did not help that I was in excruciating pain as I just had surgery a few days prior. He understood I made this phone call with a sense of trepidation and that I felt at their mercy (it was late afternoon). We recently used Plumbing Squad for a leaking toilet, and I cannot speak highly enough of our technician, Alan! Alan was professional and kind. He came out and successfully performed the initial repair. Unfortunately, shortly after he left, we noticed the toilet base had cracked. What impressed us most was Alan's integrity and quick response. We contacted the company about the issue, and Alan promptly returned the very next day to replace the toilet and ensure everything was installed perfectly and securely. He was completely honest and focused on resolving the unexpected issue immediately. Right away when Anthony showed up at our house he was polite and friendly and said no worries we can handle your plumbing issues. Anthony said he was waiting for rest of his team to arrive and Chris, Dominic, and Trevor arrived and they got straight to finding out what the plumbing issues were. Well we thought Hydro Jetting was going to solve the problem but unfortunately we had a broken pipe line underneath our kitchen flooring, which ment they would have to jackhammer my beautiful kitchen floor in a spot and also open up the wall where the washer hookup goes to replace with new pipes. So of course we couldn't believe it but Anthony showed us the pipes underneath the floor on his iPad and how over time all the galvanized pipes had eroded which was gross. They went through with a camera showed us all the pipes and Guaranteed that they could fix the pipes but it was going to be costly but the job would be guaranteed for the next twenty five years! Our home was built in 1958 and we are sure that those must be the original pipes that needed replacing. We have lived in this house 32 years and it's the first major plumbing issue we encountered, so we feel blessed. Chris and Anthony assured us that repairs were being done in a timely manner and that they had someone that would put new drywall back where they had to open the wall behind our washer and his name was Leo and he did an outstanding job on the wall in very quick time which we appreciated. Chris and the crew completed the big job after two days. Chris explained that they don't replace the tile that they had to break but they would fill the spot with concrete and leave an inch for the new Travertine Tile to be replaced. Chris said they don't replace tile but he knew someone who did tile too and gave me a suggestion which we appreciated! It was a big job and it got very loud and dusty in the house so I'll be cleaning this weekend but I have working water in my kitchen and laundry area which I'm very appreciative for. We think all of these young men were very nice and friendly and respectful of our property and had great customer service and should be applauded for their outstanding customer service. I was afraid that the leak was under the cement slab nearby. Instead it was 2 different leaks, 1st the main line of the sprinkler system was cracked and a second leak was a very bad leak out of the pool. PVD repaired and replaced the cracked sprinkler line and the 40 year old valves nearby (my request) . Beto and Humberto were quick, clean and professional. for the pool leak PVD recommended a pool professional that located the leak, removed the tiles affected, resealed the wall and replaced the tiles with new very similar tiles, again professionally done. I received an estimate/quote the next day. I had a few questions and Federico came over right away to show me vs writing it in a text. That really impressed me too. I ask him to give me a new estimate for repipe for only the pipes that were under the slab. He provided that right away. Of course I did my search for at least two other companies but I was most satisfied with the PVD scope of work and the responses to all of my questions and concerns. Once we scheduled the start date, I was informed on what I needed to do to prepare for the day of the re-pipe. On the day of work, his crew was on time as scheduled and came in focused on the task. They covered everything and then some. Everyone had a task and they knew them well. Not a minute was wasted on talking and messing around. Everyone was doing their job. Everything was done with care. I felt they cared about my home as if it was theirs. Not one thing was broken or messed up. When they had lunch they ate together and then cleaned up their trash. Then it was right back to work. When they were done with the entire process of repiping the condo, they cleaned up the areas in the house and outside, even down to washing down the footprints from the blacktop/road. I couldn't believe they did that because no one has ever done that before. Federico and each team member were very polite and kind. They answered any questions I may have had during the day of and throughout the process. It was amazing. The next day Federico met with the city inspector and they did the walk-through and he answered all of the inspector's concerns. The inspection PASSED. PVD crew members came back the next day after the inspector came and closed up all of the openings they made during the repipe and either smooth or texturized the drywall where needed (they did an amazing job). Since they don't paint (which is in the contract), I am working on getting the areas back to normal. Almost there The inspector and Federico came back to verify all openings were closed and the inspection was approved/cleared. This company is most definitely top-notch; 100% qualified to satisfy all of your plumbing needs. You can't go wrong with them. Federico is amazing. So easy to work with. He responds to every question you may have. Very friendly and helpful. Do yourself a favor and check them out. You won't regret it. Great job PVD Plumbing and Repipe!
