Had to come in here and knock these reviews down a bit! Called these guys to come out to check my plumbing issue. It's a $100 for them to come out and check your house so i ate that. I found another plumber who charged half that price. I had slab leaks in my bedroom. They were charging like $700 dollars for a leak detection inspection for my home. Missing the main problem! Our property manager sent this company over to unclog a mainline issue. So they supposedly started with the snake, and before you knew it, we had to get the Jetter out. I was in told they needed to use the camera because the Jetter was not getting through and they thought there was possibly a tree or some blockage in the main line. Soon after they were done, I asked for the camera footage and findings. We were told the camera inspection was needed because the Jetta was not clearing everything but then told there was no pictures because it was cleared by the Jetter. Don't tack on extra money that's not necessary. When we had another plumbing company come out because I knew something was up, they actually found what we thought was a tree route in the main line down before our guest house. Well, they were given permission to begin digging it up when they noticed it was a leaking gas line that the city had drilled through our main line. Had their camera gone down the main line. They may have seen that blockage and found a pretty significant problem. read more
