I was extremely satisfied with their service and expertise. They fixed an old sewer line that needed a new liner and repaired the connection to the street. This was hard work. They didn't count the hours and ensured the work was very well done. Easy to communicate with and reliable. The price was fair. I worked with Jackie and his crew. Highly recommended. read more

Miguel provided great service for my leaky pipe today, he's a transparent guy and provided great prices and work! Will def use in the future! read more

We had used this company about 9 years ago during escrow when purchasing our house and they replaced sewer piping. So when we needed a repair to a leaky sewer pipe we called them to fix it. Miguel and his crew did a good job, going through the flower bed into the crawl space to do the repair with minimal damage. A leaky AC pipe was also repaired at the same time which was kind of Miguel and his crew to do so. They came the day after we contacted them to go ahead with the job and completed it same day. Miguel walked me through the job and answered all my questions over the phone so we knew exactly what was happening and they stuck to their estimate too. Obviously they are our go to plumbers and I would recommend them if you are looking for help. Their 5* reviews are well deserved. read more

Christian was our service plumbing technician. He was thorough and transparent every step of the way while helping us out with the necessary repairs. He completed the job in two days but quoted us three days to complete the job which was a bonus having the job done a day sooner. In addition to the quality of work and great customer service he provided, I had an issue with backup due to the old cast iron piping, so I notified true rooter and the owner (Miguel) was onsite within 25 minutes and took care of the problem free of charge! We will definitely be calling them for our future repairs and upgrades when it's time. read more

VERY honest and great plumbers. True Rooter and Plumbing came out the unclog a sink drain in our second floor apartment. Ty the plumber did an excellent job, he couldn't have been nicer and because the pipes are old it really took some time. He came back to explain how we needed to replace our pipes and Mary who answers the phones and organized the work was very friendly and professional also! The reviews speak for themselves, but I highly recommend True Rooter and plumbing also. read more

Our was a difficult case. What started as one gas leak repair turned into multiple gas leaks. We had our gas shut off by So Cal Edison three different times over the course of two weeks. Each time it was because a new leak (or leaks!!) appeared. Wilson came each time and addressed the issues that kept surfacing. Ultimately he replaced all the gas lines and repaired three other leaks. We intermittently had no hot water, stove or heater working, but he instilled confidence as he made everything work again! read more

Excellent service, price and communication! I sought a quote through Yelp's projects. I am looking to replace my tankless water heater and want to find a company. I don't know why this company is requesting that I provide them food for a free estimate. This is unprofessional and outright rude. I would not use this company. I included their response to my request for a quote in the photos. read more

True Rooter & Plumbing - Unprofessional correspondence. - Plumbing Near Me - Wilmington, California

Disappointing after all of the great reviews. My main sewer line was clogged and my toilets were gurgling. My go-to plumber was not available so I contacted True Rooter. They jetted my sewer line twice but the problem persisted. They stated that the problem was my plumbing and not their services. I was able to get my go-to plumber later that week and he stated that there were roots still in the line. Now everything has been working perfectly. I left a message with the owner as did my go-to guy (small world) but no response. read more

Christian came out on the same day. Very professional and courteous. He did a very clean job! They were also priced well.

BEST PRICE (after 4 estimates) and great service! HIGHLY Recommend!!After years of having to clear our mainline because of roots (many videos of the invading roots) with snaking, it was time to do a more permanent solution. Christian offered us the best price for the "sleave" solution and I trusted him. The communication was great, the work done in timely fashion and solved our decade long root issue. You will be glad you went with Christian and his team. Also, Miguel, the owner called me afterwards to make sure we were happy with everything. Really terrific! read more

Woke up on Sunday morning with no hot water. We had a house full of company staying with us, so needed service right away. Miguel from True Rooter answered right away and told me he had someone available. The water heater was 14 years old, so rule of thumb indicated it needed to be replaced, but I was hoping that a repair was possible. I discussed with Miguel and he quoted me on replacing the thermocouple and I asked him to send a tech. Tony arrived as planned and we both discussed the situation. Due to the age of the unit and an exact replacement part not being available, it was questionable if the repair would even solve the problem. I decided that even though it would be a longer process and certainly more expensive to replace than repair, I asked for a quote on installation of a new heater. Tony gave me a couple of options and was very thorough in explaining the different units he quoted. There was no charge for the estimate and I advised him I would get back to him shortly with my decision. I did get another quote that was competitive, but I felt comfortable working with Tony and gave him the approval to proceed. He said he could return on Monday (the next day) to do the work. He kept me updated on his arrival time that morning and began the install mid morning. During the work, he advised that a couple of additional things needed to be done to bring the unit up to code and replace old original fittings (house and plumbing is 40 years old). The additional cost seemed reasonable, and in the interest of safety and upgrading, we went with the additional parts and labor. I should add that access to the heater was limited, but Tony forged ahead. He turned on the new heater and left to give it time to heat up so that he could check the pressure and to make sure it was all good. He returned and gave the thumbs up on the system. He went over everything with my wife and we had plenty of hot water that night. I was very happy with the communication, expertise and work that Tony did and do not hesitate to recommend True Rooter for any plumbing needs you may have. (Love the color coded cold and hot water lines) read more

It's difficult to find a new plumbing company that you can trust; and glad there's Yelp to help pick out one to start (based on reviews). My kitchen sink was clogged up (other drain pipes are working); and needed a reliable "rooter". I used Yelp- sent message (project) and got a list of responses. I'm impressed with the responses; and True Rooter was the first one to reply with a specific quote/availability. I called to confirm my appointment and thanks to Jackie for his professional service and efficiency with a 90-day guarantee. Glad to recommend True Rooter to other people for their straight forward efficient work and transparency (no hidden fees) in pricing. Much appreciated read more
