Both Terrence and Anthony were extremely professional, patient, and thorough in explaining the issue and the steps needed to fix it. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process, and they successfully repaired the leak from our shower. We truly appreciate their excellent service, professionalism, and willingness to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services and would gladly use them again in the future. read more

All you need is one good plumber Have you dealt with gypsy plumbers? They will dispatch unqualified money hungry plumbers, and when they show up, they will make an urgent face at every step. Next thing you know, two field supervisors with a camera are trying to sell you a bigger spec of work using scare tactics. This time was to remove old liners and install new one. My main sewer clean-out was in the middle of the front yard next to the tree. Every 5-7 years, the tree roots got into the clean-out and caused blockage. I had to call a rooter to clear the roots. This time the router blasted the sewer jetter with way too high psi, and caused the old liner to start peeling off. There were some bubbles visible in the old liner but had a few more years left. Now it was peeling, and re-lining was necessary. After they left I started requesting quotes from plumbers on yelp. Then my friend gave me Anthony's phone number. I contacted him, and his crew started working the next morning. The clean-out was relocated next to the house, and they did pipe-bursting from the house to the street. I never heard of "pipe-bursting" until a few days ago, but this is the proper way of doing it when you have a big tree in the front yard. He has a great crew, they work fast, efficiently and do not cut corners. Right Time Rooter and Plumbing Service is the only number you keep in your contact. read more

Anthony and his nephew did a great job replacing the main valves in my mother's front yard. They were both very thoughtful and took the time to ask how my mother would be using the valves to make sure the right parts were installed. Communication was easy, and they were considerate throughout the whole process. Right Time Rooter will definitely be our go‑to for any future plumbing needs. Thank you so much, Anthony! T read more

Mr. Flowers was very kind and very knowledgeable! I had a clogged sink that was giving me a headache, I tried everything I could think of. I decided to find some help on Yelp, and was called almost immediately by Right Time Rooter & Plumbing. They were able to set up an appointment for the following morning. I received a call shortly after to let me know they had someone available, and was sent over within an hour. Mr. Flowers fixed the issue in no time! Right Time Rooter has amazing customer service, they really care about their customers. I saved their number for future projects, and look forward to recommending them to anyone who's looking for great work at a reasonable price. read more

I hired RTR to repair a slow drain and disconnected pipe. They were extremely professional. Cleaned up after themselves and maintained cleanliness throughout the process. Their price was reasonable. They communicated with me when they were on their way and during the plumbing repair process. I would definitely hire them again. read more

Anthony and his team have been helping me with plumbing and piping services for over 7 years!! Hands down, by far, without any doubt the best plumbing team I have had (and I've tried many before RTR). I have not needed expertise for plumbing since hiring RTR. They took up larger household projects like entire sewer drainage repairs in multiple properties, new main line pipe installation, water heater installation and also the urgent needs when you least expect it. Service, quality, value for money and absolute reliability comes natural. I appreciate Anthony and RTR for their consistent workmanship and for not compromising quality. Certainly a name I will always depend on always. Excellent communication, rapid response time and great warranty as well. RTR is my go to and always will be. Thanks Anthony and team for your valuable services and look forward to working with you in the future! read more

This guys were great since day one. I asked for a quote to replace a toilet. I normally would do it myself but I was injured my back and my wife wanted it done asap. They provided a quick estimate, competitive price. They showed up on time, super polite, did a clean job. No drama, no upsells, no complaints about the previous plumber that installed the original toilet. Just good and professional service. Will for sure use them again. read more

This job was bungled so badly I had to write about it. I bought a new washer and dryer from Costco but when the team came to install it they said the valves were too old and corroded to use, that I needed to get them repaired before they would complete the installation. I called Right Time and they assured me when they came out that they could do the repair and also install the appliances. But it wasn't just valves. The pipes were forty years old and they would need to open the wall to bring the plumbing up to modern code. Again, they said they could do the entire job including wall repair, finish painting and appliance installation. Their quote was high, $2,500 but fair given the size of the job. I agreed to the contract. Things went South from there. No one showed up and I had to call and hunt them down, there was a communication issue with their dispatcher. They came late, but they did show up. This was not the main plumber, they were on the phone with him a LOT getting advice on how to do the job, but they eventually finished the pipes. The wall repair was so sloppy I could have done it better myself and I have no skills in that area. Then there was a problem getting the texture coating to stick and they tried to charge me an extra $250 to "redo" the wall. I refused and paid them to go buy a can of spray texture and paint at Home Depot for fifty bucks. When they finally left it looked like a rank amateur with no talent had done the repair, and the cover plate for the valves wouldn't stay on. So the next day they came out, started hammering and chipping away at the new spackle, then gave up and just glued the plate onto the wall. You can still see the damage from all the whittling they did. I wish this were the end of the story, but it's not! When I tried to do a load of laundry the machine started banging and moving all over the floor during the spin cycle. The noise was deafening, and the machine shook so much it pulled the drain out and flooded the area. At first I thought it was a defective washer, then I realized these nitwits never took out the transit bolts that are used to stabilize the drum during shipping. The thing basically imploded. Costco had to come out and install a replacement, and they said the installation was incorrect, that they'd used an extension cord which was forbidden. I wish this were the end of the story, but it's not! The old drain was cast iron, the replacement is ABS plastic. They did not wrap the pipes in any sound deadening material and my town house neighbor with the shared wall said it is intrusively loud. I wish that were the end of the story, but it's not! A few days later, when I started the dryer I could feel a warm breeze. The incorrectly installed dryer vent had fallen off already, I am waiting for Costco to come out and reinstall it tomorrow. I know they're called Right Time, but this job was the Wrong Place at the Wrong Time. read more

So I FAFO trying to replace the faucet cartridge in my bathtub faucet on a Sunday afternoon. Didn't at all go as planned and decided a professional was the better way to go. Terrence came out pretty quick and got straight to it. He explained everything he was doing and why I was having the problem I had. He was very nice, real cool and respectful. Exactly one hour from when he pulled up to when he finished and left. Will absolutely call them again when I'm ready to have more work done. Thank you guys! Much appreciated. read more

This is a good team. A pleasure to work with. They were straightforward, accommodating and reliable. I submitted a Yelp request for a quote to unclog my upstairs bathroom sink. Anthony responded immediately. We had a short chat so he could ascertain the situation (single family home vs. townhome, floor level etc.), and he gave me a flat price on the spot (vs. a range), which was on the lower end of the handful of quotes I've received from other plumbers. After checking my schedule and quotes from others, I circled back with Anthony and he scheduled the job for the next day, Sunday. I asked for Sunday afternoon, as the morning didn't work for me, so he agreed to make the afternoon work, notwithstanding the fact that his team had a separate job already booked at that time. The plumber who showed, Deveron (Sp?), was super courteous and friendly. He came in with his own booties, made his way upstairs, cleared out the cabinet under the clogged sink, and got the job done in no time. When he was done, he placed everything back where it belonged, making the bathroom look like he had never been there, and tested the drain with me. This team is "good people." It would be my pleasure to work with them again... of course, they did all the work...LOL :). read more

Right Time Rooter was responsive after my request for a quote. Customer service was good and a technician came out the same day to assess the job and provide a price. I do believe the price was a bit high and that I received the "woman" pricing that did not include refilling the cement hole created to repair the pipe. Refilling wasn't even discussed until I mentioned it on the day of the job. So overall my experience was okay. Will I use them again, I don't know, the jury is still out. read more

Anthony, Armani and their guys were great. Replaced my water line from the street and took care for plants and sod.

I recently had Right Time Rooter replace my kitchen sink faucet and an outdoor faucet, which were both leaking a LOT. Anthony, Armani, and Deveron came and fixed the problems perfectly. They were very helpful in explaining the problems and the options to best resolve them. They gave me the quotes upfront, performed the work efficiently and were very professional. I will definitely call them again for any future problems. read more

I always have a good experience with these guys. I recently had to change a kitchen faucet, but a few years ago they did a big job for me as well (replacement of underground cast iron pipe). Anthony, the owner, was straightforward and easy to communicate with, highlighting his honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction. His employee Deveron, nice guy, worked on both jobs of my house. Their plumbing work was efficient and of high quality, addressing the issue with expertise and care. Moreover, their customer service was outstanding, with respectful and informative interactions throughout the process. I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of reliable and professional plumbing solutions. read more

Our tenant had a problem with her kitchen drain and unfortunately, my usual guy was injured a few months ago and I couldn't get a hold of him to see if he was working again so I needed to find someone new to come out. My old plumber finally called but 2 hours before this company was scheduled to come out and I didn't want to be a jerk so I told him I already had someone coming. My guy is a lot cheaper but oh well. Communication: A+ Right Time was really good about working out a time to do the work. We had to make a few adjustments but RT was flexible and excellent about calling me back. Price: B Their prices seem to be within reason but around the middle of what I researched online. They did give a senior discount of 10% which lowered it from $175 to $157.50. Still quite a bit more than what I've paid recently. Service: A It's been one day and my tenant hasn't called so everything seems good. I had to go out of town so my wife was there during the work and she said they were polite and didn't attempt to add on surprise work or charges so RT is honest. Conclusion: RT is an honest company that does good work at a reasonable price. RT seems to be a good choice for emergency work. They are reliable and don't leave you hanging like some other plumbing companies. I just hope my regular plumber stays healthy. This was a bit more than I'm used to paying. read more

We've had a pipe leak for a week and contacted multiple services (Bestline, Matucci, Roto Rooter) that had long wait times and costs in $400+. I talked to Anthony and got a prompt reply, and an affordable cost ($150 plus the cost of the parts). They showed up the next morning, within their stated timeframe. Devron and Anthony wore shoe covers to not track any dirt in the house, and were completed in 20 minutes. They accept all forms of payment (cash, card, Venmo, CashApp), etc. read more

Tony was recommended to me by a colleague a few years back and I highly recommend him and his team. They are honest, straightforward and reasonable and will take the time to explain things and answer any questions. They've done a number of jobs on different things for me over the years - water heater, clogged drain, cast iron pipe leak, kitchen garbage disposal, toilet replacement, etc. It's sad that I have to say this but I am a single woman and I don't feel like they're taking advantage of me or talking down to me. I can't say the same for many other home-related service professionals. They will work with you and are trustworthy. read more

I called Right Time Rooter and Plumbing Service and explained my plumbing issue. Anthony came out and immediately assessed the non emergency issue and gave me an estimate. An appointment was scheduled next day and Technicians Kevin and Deveron showed up promptly and immediately got busy addressing my issue after they described to me in great detail the problem and, probable cause of my leak. Once Technicians dug up the area they noticed an additional leak and brought leak to my attention. I was able to notify the Association of the problem and an immediate repair was made all at the same cost. Thanks to RTR service observation two leaks were repaired and corrected at minimal cost. Technicians were friendly, professional and eager to assist me. I salute RTR Service for a job well done. Minimal inconvenience to my tenant because water was off less time than the Technicians originally stated. read more
