Again I received excellent service from Courselle. This time my sprinklers had stopped working. The plumbers immediately identified the problem in that a water valve had been turned off. They investigated further and discovered the valve was turned off because a sprinkler valve down the line was leaking. They stopped that leak with a minor adjustment. This is an email that i sent to the owner on July 28, 2023 and never got a response.... John, Okay...like I said, I received the plumber's report. It did take more than 2 wks with multiple phone calls/email to get it after my initial request. The reason I asked for the report is that I am concerned because my renter texted me this information: 'He did snake the bathroom and line to the washer but it seems to have trouble when it's a heavy load with leaking. I told him to call you. We can use light loads only to prevent any future leaking. The hose in the garage is leaking and we have high mold readings in the garage - not sure if it's the leaking washer or hose connection. We stopped using it. I showed him both areas. It may be worth asking what his recommendation is or the hose (maybe flip it to the connection). It would require some drywall repair, but from what we can tell it's pretty in the wall from some time. We started looking around at possible leaks because the kids were not feeling great. Again I don't use the hose and will not operate the washer on a heavy setting to prevent any leaks. The plumber did something on the washer line some maybe that is repaired. He was going to call you.' John....I'm super concerned as my property manager said that the renter said the term black mold at least 15 times in a conversation with her. These renters have only been in the house for a short time & they have been difficult. I'm trying to circumvent the problems as soon as possible. I was hoping the report would give recommendations. Can you please talk to the actual plumber that came to my property to see what he said & get his recommendations for the house? I'm trying to get this done before the plumber forgets the issues and the conversation with the renter. BTW....I never got a report from them even after this review. read more

Unmatched customer service. We had a giant water heater tank on our roof replaced with a tankless water heater back in March 2022. We discovered in January 2023 that it was leaking (sounds like it was a faulty part from the supplier). It leaked through and damaged our ceiling. We had Cory fix our 2 master bathroom faucets. They were low in pressure and volume (especially hot water); the drains also didn't work properly; nor did the stoppers work. I thought it would be a big, expensive job, but Cory methodically cleaned the spouts, adjusted the stoppers and cleared the slow drain. It took me awhile to write this review, due to an illness in my family. A few months ago, I called Courselle Plumbing to come and clear a pipe in my kitchen sink and to replace a seal on a wall mount toilet. My first issue was I had to leave a message with no response. I called again, and I it was difficult to hear them with all the static on the phone. They set up an appointment to come and we waited all day with no arrival, no call. We called and they said they would come the next day. A technician named Alonzo came. He cleared the kitchen sink, then looked at the toilet and would need to order the part and would be in touch in a day or so to set up the appointment to come and repair it. We NEVER heard another WORD. From our experience with this plumbing company, they are quite flakey and not responsible at all. VERY disappointed for sure! read more

Corey was very communicative about when he would be showing up, and arrived right on time, already wearing a mask. He and his assistant walked with me through the house and when it turned out something that was broken was a very minor fix, did it for free. He had to try a few things to fix the sink and let me know what he was doing. Fixing the toilet required a part that Corey needed to order, so he told me he'd give me a call to reschedule when the part was in. I didn't have to pay until the entire job was completed. I was willing to pay for the work as it was done but he said it was easier. I'm not a fan of having strangers in my house even outside a pandemic, but Corey and Saul were friendly, worked quickly, and made me feel comfortable. Along with a house, I now have a go to plumbing company! Whoa! Well okay, so it's been 5 years since I started using Courselle. We first used them while we were doing house inspections on the house I'm currently living in. Been using them ever since! Whenever I have any issues that deal with plumbing, Courselle is always my first call. They've dealt with 2 water pipe leaks, replacing pipes, an estimate for a backwater valve after a harrowing incident with a python in my toilet, and they'll be coming out soon to do some work on the gas lines too. If it's an emergency they will come out asap to fix the issues. They're pretty good about following up also if an emergency caused appointment shifts or if they intend to come back later to fix something. Courselle is always responsive, will explain the costs and charges before doing any work, and they are always courteous and friendly. I've never once felt uncomfortable with any of the people who've come out to my house. I don't know how many people they have but I've met at least 5 of them and they're always professional.
