Got a quick response and the job was fast and efficient. Isaac and Shelton were great.

I had an urgent situation with sewage line back up. I called at closing one night and Issac arrived on time the next day with all the required tools, understood what needed to be done and how to do it. Very articulate in explaining what he was doing as he was filming and a plan for steps in the future, fair pricing. He was patient & answered all questions. Fourth generation family business and he shows that skillset! They are the first and only plumber to call!! read more

Cory with Courselle Plumbing diagnosed the problem after testing the toilets. He was very thorough and provided a good explanation of the problem. After scheduling an install appointment, he came back within 3 days and installed the new toilet. This saved time and money. His diagnosis was spot on. I can't say enough great things about Cory and Courselle Plumbing. read more

Another great experience with John and his crew. Ulisses did an amazing job in my time of need. Highly recommended!!!

HONESTY! THAT will always garuntee repeat customers. Called another plumber to come out, and before he even looked at the situation, he started telling me he was going to have to rip the concrete out of my backyard. NOT AN OPTION. Called Courselle. Very polite, very professional. Cory came out and was so easy to deal with. He actually listened to the problem. When I told him I did not want to tear the concrete out, he told me, "Let's take a look before we start talking demo." RIGHT ANSWER! He quickly found the clog, checked the condition of the pipes, and told me there was no need to destroy my yard. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! Ladies! So many plumbers will assume they can scam you. I will gladly recommend them to anyone, and save their number for future needs. read more

Again I received excellent service from Courselle. This time my sprinklers had stopped working. The plumbers immediately identified the problem in that a water valve had been turned off. They investigated further and discovered the valve was turned off because a sprinkler valve down the line was leaking. They stopped that leak with a minor adjustment. Then they went on to test the entire system. It is working fine again. read more

Found my go-to plumbing service with Courselle. Very responsible and reliable. Great advice at a fair price. You know you're getting the appropriate recommendations and can trust they are looking out for the customer! read more

This is an email that i sent to the owner on July 28, 2023 and never got a response.... John, Okay...like I said, I received the plumber's report. It did take more than 2 wks with multiple phone calls/email to get it after my initial request. The reason I asked for the report is that I am concerned because my renter texted me this information: 'He did snake the bathroom and line to the washer but it seems to have trouble when it's a heavy load with leaking. I told him to call you. We can use light loads only to prevent any future leaking. The hose in the garage is leaking and we have high mold readings in the garage - not sure if it's the leaking washer or hose connection. We stopped using it. I showed him both areas. It may be worth asking what his recommendation is or the hose (maybe flip it to the connection). It would require some drywall repair, but from what we can tell it's pretty in the wall from some time. We started looking around at possible leaks because the kids were not feeling great. Again I don't use the hose and will not operate the washer on a heavy setting to prevent any leaks. The plumber did something on the washer line some maybe that is repaired. He was going to call you.' John....I'm super concerned as my property manager said that the renter said the term black mold at least 15 times in a conversation with her. These renters have only been in the house for a short time & they have been difficult. I'm trying to circumvent the problems as soon as possible. I was hoping the report would give recommendations. Can you please talk to the actual plumber that came to my property to see what he said & get his recommendations for the house? I'm trying to get this done before the plumber forgets the issues and the conversation with the renter. BTW....I never got a report from them even after this review. read more

Had an emergency sewer line issue that required unclogging/snaking. Both the office team (Alice) and onsite team (Cory and another gentleman) were quick, friendly, understanding, fair-priced, and hugely knowledgable. They arrived within 1hr of my call and fixed the issue within 3hrs. They left my house clean and tidied up after. Would highly recommend and will definitely revisit for any services in the future. read more

Isaac was outstanding. He was early, communicative, knowledgeable and pleasant. He fixed the pinhole leak in minutes and gave me plenty of plumbing advice. Price was fair. I am only calling the Courselle family for my plumbing needs. Thank you! read more

Isaac is the best plumber ever! On time, polite, courteous, explain the process of unclogging my kitchen sink. He cleaned up afterward. He told me to pour a pot of boiling water down the sink followed by a gallon of vinegar and then hot water to maintain the plumbing for the kitchen sink. What great advice! Issac told me that they are 4th generation plumbers. He truly shows his passion for his job as a plumber. Highly recommend Isaac! read more

Amazing experience with Cory at Courselle plumbing. We had multiple local plumbing companies come out for an issue with a backed sewage line and Courselle was by far the most knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. Cory explained everything that needed to be done to clear our sewer line and prices were very competitive. The honesty was the best part, two other companies claimed we needed way more work done than we actually did. Very grateful to have found an honest and dependable company to work with in the future! I've used Courselle several times over the past few years and they are always fast and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

We called Courselle out for an issue with our dishwasher draining through the air gap in the sink. Isaac arrived on time and got right to work. Isaac fixed the problem quickly and communicated clearly to us what the problem was. Then we asked him to look at a couple of issues with our water heater, leaking bathtub and a shower that wouldn't run hot water. Isaac was pleasant and looked at each issue and assessed what needed to happen and gave us his estimate. We were thrilled that he so quickly resolved issues that we had just been resigned to dealing with for so long. Excellent service, prompt resolution and very fair price. Isaac was amazing! Courselle is absolutely our go to plumbing company. read more

Friendly, fast, and effective. Cory arrived quickly and was very helpful. Fair price. Highly recommended.

Courselle plumbing is the best! They are extremely friendly, reliable and honest!!! I'm a Real Estate agent and I use them for my house and refer them to all of my clients. Everyone loves them! They do such incredible work and they are always on time! I've been introduced to many plumbers in my career and have never had such a great experience as I have with them. I have used Courselle Plumbing for all my plumbing needs for about 10 years. I had a leak today and they got to my house and fixed it within 2 hours at an amazingly fair rate! Courselle Plumbing fixed my plumbing problem 5 years ago. When I had a water leak under house this time I called them right away. Isaac came on schedule and quickly diagnose the leaking copper pipe and fixed it. They are very responsible and honest. Deserves 5 stars! read more

Unmatched customer service. We had a giant water heater tank on our roof replaced with a tankless water heater back in March 2022. We discovered in January 2023 that it was leaking (sounds like it was a faulty part from the supplier). It leaked through and damaged our ceiling. They came out next day to fix the water heater and the owner, John Courselle, came out himself to thoroughly remove all damaged dry wall. They repaired and painted very quickly with no mess, and it looks great. We are so appreciative of John and Nick's prompt response, quality workmanship, and accountability. Always really great customer service! read more

Years ago I needed help with a few things around the house, remembered how wonderful the folks were at Courselle, so they were the first people I contacted to get hydro jetting done on my pipes. Quick responses and scheduling, and Cory came out and did a thorough and excellent job! Pricing was listed online, and everything was super easy. Will continue to reach out to them in the future! read more

In a world of poor customer service and inflated price, courselle is like a night in shinning armor. Thank you for helping out my plumbing emergency. They are very fair, honest and kind. I was very nervous give all the bad experience but this was worthy of writing a review! You have a customer for life read more

Great caring service! Alice was so kind in helping to send out a worker that same day I called! Even though they just had their truck stolen that morning, Alice showed such kindness and concern that we had been out of hot water for almost 2 weeks, waiting on our terrible home warranty company! Alonzo came within 2 days and did an excellent job with his helper Caleb in installing a brand new Bradford White water heater- - the very brand we were praying for! They both were such a blessing from the Lord! I was thankful for his knowledge and time Alonzo took when first coming out to diagnose the problem! We were totally blessed and are thanking the Lord each day for providing hot water finally! My caring sister is in Florida but did research and found this wonderful nearby company for us! Thank you again Alice, Alonzo, and Caleb for being a huge blessing from the Lord! read more

We had Cory fix our 2 master bathroom faucets. They were low in pressure and volume (especially hot water); the drains also didn't work properly; nor did the stoppers work. I thought it would be a big, expensive job, but Cory methodically cleaned the spouts, adjusted the stoppers and cleared the slow drain. Now everything works perfectly including the hot water pressure, and the repairs were done at a reasonable price. What a pleasure! read more

It took me awhile to write this review, due to an illness in my family. A few months ago, I called Courselle Plumbing to come and clear a pipe in my kitchen sink and to replace a seal on a wall mount toilet. My first issue was I had to leave a message with no response. I called again, and I it was difficult to hear them with all the static on the phone. They set up an appointment to come and we waited all day with no arrival, no call. We called and they said they would come the next day. A technician named Alonzo came. He cleared the kitchen sink, then looked at the toilet and would need to order the part and would be in touch in a day or so to set up the appointment to come and repair it. We NEVER heard another WORD. From our experience with this plumbing company, they are quite flakey and not responsible at all. VERY disappointed for sure! read more

Ceasar stopped by and checked the wet area(near gas line) in the crawl space. He checked the area and the all pipes were ok. It rained a lot a few weeks ago so it could be the cause. It ended up with no issue but Ceasar was on time and checked the area really carefully and explained in detail. I will call Courselle Plumbing definitely if I have a plumbing issue. read more

We went almost 2 months without a hot water heater. We tried calling around to the big companies and they were no help at all. One company quoted us $3k. We finally Yelped this company and they were able to come out the same day. Alonzo helped us out. (Shout out to Alonzo ) He was friendly and knowledgeable of the job he was doing. My is wife is so happy because I don't have to keep lighting the ignition for hot water. We have a whole new heater. Great quote! Thank you! read more

Corey was very communicative about when he would be showing up, and arrived right on time, already wearing a mask. He and his assistant walked with me through the house and when it turned out something that was broken was a very minor fix, did it for free. He had to try a few things to fix the sink and let me know what he was doing. Fixing the toilet required a part that Corey needed to order, so he told me he'd give me a call to reschedule when the part was in. I didn't have to pay until the entire job was completed. I was willing to pay for the work as it was done but he said it was easier. I'm not a fan of having strangers in my house even outside a pandemic, but Corey and Saul were friendly, worked quickly, and made me feel comfortable. They quoted me ahead of time and I was very pleased at the low cost of the job. There's a reason they have so many 5 star ratings. read more

Courselle Plumbing is the best plumbing company in all of the South Bay we have hired in the 33 years of living in Manhattan Beach. Once I called with a non-emergency issue, they were here the next day with 2 plumbers to take care of our project. They did a perfect installation in a timely manner, cleaned up after the job was done, took their shoes off when entering, and went the extra mile to ensure all was working well. They are fair, honest, and have reasonable charges. Check them out and you'll be happy you did - our neighbor referred them and is equally happy with their work. We'll be back if we need a plumber in the future! Thank you! read more

These guys are super helpful and I'm so glad we found them. From our home inspection to todays fixture repair that needed some extra TLC, they do it all! We've worked with both Nick and Chris, who have been super informative and professional. when the brand new fixture was leaking, instead cutting córners, Chris was honest, suggested a new one and scheduled an appointment to finish the job later this week. He cleaned up the bathroom so nicely when he left, whereas other teams we've had left a mess. When we moved into our house, Nick told us we'd probably need to re-plumb the house in 3-5 years instead of trying to sell us on the work right then. That showed integrity, and someone who knew their craft and I really appreciated that. We'd use these guys forever! read more
