I am so happy to report that these 5-stars are extremely legit! These guys are the real deal. Luckily we were not dealing with anything more serious than a toilet installation but even that can go wrong pretty quickly. Isaac was so friendly and reached out immediately. After shopping around and speaking with several other options, I appreciated not only the very reasonable pricing at Blitz but the overall vibe and demeanor initially over the phone. I had no idea they'd show up in less than half an hour and get the job done in basically the same amount of time. Ridiculously efficient and skilled on many levels. John was easily the strongest dude I've ever seen in my life. He literally hauled our new 120 lb toilet out of my trunk, very carefully, and insanely single-handedly. He removed it from the box and assembled it outside while the 2 other guys scoped out the situation upstairs. & Yes, I'd like to emphasize "upstairs" because they had to maneuver up and down a steep flight of stairs while handling all of this, which further proves their skills and talent. Carlos ripped out our old shitty toilet with ease even though it had been screwed in wrong ages ago and severely rusted. The flange had also not been connected to the floor properly, which they were able to accurately resolve when installing the new toilet. They basically fully rectified the situation that the prior incompetent plumber had left behind, and also whisked away that old shitty toilet we hate, for an extremely fair price. They were honest, lightning fast, highly professional, and genuinely kind people that I would gladly do biz with again. John from Blitz Plumbing showed up that same day to diagnose the issue. He carefully expalined to me the prices to fix the unit or to install a new one. We agreed on a solution and set a time to install the replacement unit. John showed up the on-time the very next day. He brought cloths to keep everything clean and was able to remove the old unit and install the new one very quickly. Later that day, I had a small issue with my hot water.
