When my brand new state of the art toilet would not drain, I turned to who I always turn to : my handy duty 99 cent store plunger to get it done. Well that didn't work leaving me with my plan b; panic and go to yelp to find a plumber. It was 1am I put in a request and David responded quick like right away. He text me suggestions and informed me if that didn't work he could be at my house first thing in the morning. I agreed and David showed up. David wasn't the cheapest price but he gave me a fair price which is all I ask. After finishing the job I got the bright idea to ask David about some other issues in my house. David informed me he does a full inspection with pictures and notes. I made a follow up appointment. David arrived on time. David and his partner took care of the inspection and provided me with pictures and notes...just like he says. David found a few things I need work on and I'm going to get them done with David. My bathtub was leaking at the faucet, David Rooter came out and replaced my bathtub 3-handle fixtures and cartridges. He arrived on schedule and communicated with me prior to the appointment and since I provided images of the fixture he was able to confirm the faucet type and have all materials on hand. Installation was done and no leaks have reappeared at the faucet. I did notice a pressure loss at the showerhead, and he came back out and diagnosed and fixed the problem, just some buildup that flowed up to the head and was caught behind the filter, took less than 10mins and since then the shower and tub have have been working great. read more

We needed Toto toilets installed and the plumber we called refused to do it after looking at it and also several others I reached out to said no or were charging too much, but David confirmed his team is experienced with these toilets and they were able to come immediately the day after I reached out to him. After calling 5 other plumbers to come out on a Sunday morning to check on my tenant's clogged toilet. David was the only plumber that picked up the phone and was there within an hour.
