Second time using Luis's services, this time for a broken tankless water heater and I also asked him to re-route a pipe drain that was not installed properly by another installer. During his first visit we also figured out my water softener system stopped working properly during a recent power outage and he helped with re-programming as well. Overall, easy to communicate with and is upfront about expectations for his projects. read more

Luis and his Power Team were super efficient and know what they are doing. Not only did they offer a great price but offered a 5-year warranty on the work that they performed. I was amazed that it took 2 days to replace the entire gas line system from the meter box to the entire pipe line system. I highly recommend SER PLUMBING and will definitely use their service in the future, not that I'm hoping some breaks up. Great job, SER PLUMBING! read more

Luis was great. He was professional, on time; and efficient. Will be calling him again when I have any other plumbing need.

Excellent Service !! Luis arrived on time (text when he was in route) no waiting around for long periods of time. He explained everything throughout the entire process (even showed me my drain on the camera) . He was very persistent he didn't give up and found a way to clear the main drain that had roots. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. No surprises on price either. read more

We went through Yelp to request several quotes for a toilet replacement and water pressure regulator. Luis was able to come out to scope the work, provided a quote an and completed the job within reasonable time frame. Luis and son arrived within the timeframe he promised. They were professional and cleaned up the work area after. So far our toilet works great and our water pressure is much better and I don't feel like I'm getting pelted by rocks. read more

I have used the services of Luis several times since my first review. From fixture changes, to drainage re pipe, to water heater replacement. Luis has always talking with me regarding my options and isn't hasty to just replace everything. Prices are always competitive. The communication is always good. We will be using Luis and his crew again in the future for a water line repipe in the future. read more

After going through four contractors which consisted of, two overpriced crooks, two unlicensed (claimed to be) plumbers and experienced with gas line re-piping. We were blessed with Luis and his team. As a female customer, we are always targeted and seen as one who has no knowledge. Luis was the opposite, he listened, and went the extra mile to help. The work was completed as promised. My tenants were grateful for their professionalism. Luis went the extra mile and did a visual inspection of any other issues underneath the house. He sent pictures and videos of his completed work and findings. Our house's gas lines were re-piped, I no longer have the fear of gas leaks. If you are in search of a reliable and professional company, they are it! The price of the project was within reason. We liked the service so much that we will be hiring them again in the future. read more

A bit pricy but u can't be choosy with emergencies and a plate full or other things going on and living on the 2nd floor. Anyways.... Luis was great! He was very communicative and his crew showed up and were very efficient. Replaced my water heater and hauled away the old one. Was done in maybe 2-3 hours. He also gave options. labor only or labor and materials which I appreciated. I would def use him again! Thanks for squeezing us in last minute. Same day service! read more

There is so much to be thankful with Ser Plumbing. Today will mark my fourth interaction with their service and I always get amazed at the level of professionalism. I've used their services for repairs, installations, new construction and a quick fix. The most recent install was a soft water system replacement. The previous hack of a plumber installed it incorrectly leaving a mess under my crawl space. Luis and the team left a masterpiece of a job at my property. Aside from the professional install, the job took a few hours and they always a leave a clean post service work area. They even take the time to show pictures from the job unreachable by the customer. As a customer, you're not left with the ponder of the work quality and it's post status. You see what was done and a breakdown of the process. I can't recommend Ser Plumbing enough to anyone seeking to do major plumbing construction or a simple small repair. Ser Plumbing is the way to go with all your plumbing needs. read more

Called about my tankless water heater. Luis worked with me and informed me of my choices. The day of the project, Luis had everything prepared. Along with his brother, they knocked it out. The new tankless along with the pipes and exhaust looks fantastic. Cleaned and professional. Happy to have met Ser Plumbing. Originally found on Yelp, but also left review on Google. very prompt reply and the prices are reasonable and flexible. He will provide you with different options such as labor only or labor+ materials. Yes- many subcontractors do this too but his options have more flexibilities and he will advise what type of matrix to be purchased. Very professional and respectable of our property and concerns. Gave a reasonable quote which they did not make any changes to; no surprise prize change after work was completed. Luis and his team Ser Plumbing saved my construction deadline. I live in a townhouse gated community and was doing some home improvements adding washer and dryer in my own unit. My construction guy informed me my unit's own water line has no shut off valves! Scrambling to find a plumber, Luis was able to come over next day to do an estimate and two days later complete the task of adding shut off valves. His professionalism and skills saved my time frame to complete my washer/dryer hookups. He had a hiccup that underneath the copper pipes was a PVC drain so he had to work around carefully not to puncture a hole. Limited space and a 4 hr window Luis and his team got the the job done perfectly. Price was more than reasonable for the scope of work. Would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues. read more

I had Luis from Ser Plumbing do a simple replacement job of my shower head. I didn't want to do it myself since the piping goes into the wall and I was afraid of a possible leak, so I reached out to Ser Plumbing for a quote. Everywhere else wanted a fee for coming out and then on top of that charge you the service. Luis was up front with the cost and it was reasonable. He and his crew came with masks and foot booties and did the work professionally and fairly quick. I was happy with the result and wouldn't hesitate to give them a call again for anything else plumbing related. read more

I knew my hot water heater was on its last legs when I noticed rust residue around the tubs after deep cleaning. After calling several plumbing companies, I spoke with Luis at SER. He answered my questions as to why plumbing companies only sell Bradford White hot water heaters (because they are U.S. manufactured) and if the tankless water heater was an efficient option (it was not). Within a couple of hours, Luis and his team were removing my 20-year old hot water heater and installing my new one. I appreciate their professional knowledge and their pricing. Compared to other plumbing companies I spoke. with, was able to save a couple of hundred dollars. I would recommend SER for plumbing services. read more

Our water heater was long over due for a replacement. Luis at SER plumbing came through with a competitive quote and great options. We had a water heater that kept going out with the weather. Luis gave me an estimate on phone and came within hours. Extended my flue and put on a new cap. I unexpectedly punctured our main water line while digging a deep hole in my front yard for a new tree. I contacted Luis at Ser Plumbing immediately and found him to be responsive and very professional, right down to his automated scheduling and invoicing system. He said he would be at my home within four hours after completing another job but arrived in half that time. The repair was completed promptly and expertly. I did not expect to go from shut down to operational again in just a few hours. Ser made it possible. No sloppy work from these guys! A clean and conscientious repair done with care. Luis came out the very next day to help us clear our kitchen sink clog. The status updates received letting us know when he was heading over perfectly aligned with his time-frame window. It shows that the business is responsible and receptive when it comes to their time as well as their client's time. We had a clog in our pipes roughly 20' into our pipes that was cleared within less then an hour. He took the time to show us what the obstruction was and gave us suggestions on what our next steps would be. We had roots in our pipes...big uh oh. He was clear, and concise on what needed to be done and the price for services. Thanks! read more

Ser plumbing did a excellent job. My house had a awful back and I called different plumbers and stumbled upon Ser. He was the most polite and readily available. I checked his license and made sure everything was clear, and it was. He came to my house the same day and gave me a quote. He came quickly diagnose the problem gave me the price and his suggestion. I felt totally comfortable with his recommendation and pricing and decided to continue with the job. He even offers financing for project that are a bit pricy. Bathroom faucet install. Quick, efficient, job well done and no drama. Thank you Ser Plumbing. :)

Ser Plumbing is the best. We've had 4 jobs completed by Ser. They replaced our main water line, repaired a leaky toilet, relocated our washer hook-up to the opposite side of the room, and repaired a busted pipe. The prices are always reasonable, and the work is outstanding. Whenever we have a plumbing problem, Ser Plumbing is the only company I call. read more

I'm only giving 5 stars cause there's isn't a 10 star option. Man, I dont know how many of yall had to deal with plumbers but I DO NOT regret calling Luis. He responded quickly. Gave me an appt quickly. Gave me a price for the job and stayed true with NO surprise charges. He was on time. Didn't try and con me. I had obtained 4 estimates before calling him and his price was best. (I got quotes on plumbing company's that offer free estimates, don't see a point paying for one when so many offer a free estimate). He replaced the shower valve for my new shower head that comes with a handheld shower head and he moved the main shower head pipe up a few inches since it's a rain shower that will now be Installed. He even did me a solid when I asked his advice on removing my dishwasher. He ended up closing the dishwasher hole from the garbage disposal that same day/visit. I'd totally call him again if I need another job done and I'd definitely would recommend him to EVERYONE. read more

Good service at a reasonable price. That describes Ser Plumbing. When you put in your request, he will send you an individualized appointment with anticipated start time. That was very helpful to received. He is licensed and bonded and knows the plumbing process completely. I called him for a stopped up bathtub drain which turned out to be an even bigger trap replacement. With the trap being behind a wall, he was able to pinpoint the location and jigsaw out a small portion of wall to fix the problem. Although he does not do drywall work, I was able to get it fixed at a reasonable price by another contractor. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with the work done. I would have liked a lower price (don't we all), but the bill was reasonable given the amount of work completed. Give them a try! read more

Adding another well deserved 5 star review! I called the Yelp number and Luis answered. I had a horrible banging noise in my bathroom pipes and asked if Luis could come give me an estimate. He said he would be here the following morning. I was then sent a separate text from his office (I'm assuming) which confirmed my appointment. He texted me this morning letting me know he was running a little late which I appreciated (but didn't care since I work from home) Luis and his helper were very nice and quick! They both wore masks which I also appreciated. The job was done in under an hour and I was only expecting an estimate!! Would absolutely recommend and I will be adding him to my list of vendors. Thank you!!! read more

With an unexpected plumbing issue, we found Ser Plumbing through yelp! We were most elated with the communication, updates, professionalism, attentiveness to detail and safety precautions taken by Luis, who was the technician who came out to our unit. Payment was contactless through Zelle so it was not strenuous at all. Our kitchen sink was not draining/the garbage disposal was not working properly for a few days. When we sent a request through yelp, we were responded to promptly with an estimate and earliest available time slot to have it assessed and repaired. I really appreciated the communicativeness, organization, work ethic and detail. For any future plumbing related issues, we will be sure to contact them again! Would 10/10 recommend their services. Thank you again! read more

Ser Plumbing is by far the most trustworty and reliabble plumbing company I've had the pleasure of dealing with during my home renovation experiences. For the project I had Luis and his team give me a quote on adding a bathroom to my garage. This would of course require extending the main sewer line and breaking up concrete along with the rest of 'the works' for a shower and full bathroom. I had many other plumbers come and give me quotes for the job all of which seemed way over priced and left me with no ore questions then answers. Luis and his team were not only the most reasonably priced for the job but answered every questIon that same day. He and his team also would address every issue that would arise ( as things do when your dealing with a house built in 1940) immediately with me before continuing anything further. He is fair, trustworthy, prompt and responsible. I'll never use another plumber! Plus look at the work! Speaks for itself. read more

I was ready to give up and take a bid with this company that was gonna break the bank. I looked up one more place and ser plumbing came up. First of all I felt comfortable talking to the gentleman that came to look at the job and that's super important. Next he was honest about what I what needed to be done and how much it would cost. When they came for the job they were here on time and didn't stop working until the job was done. They were able to save my stairs and basically dug under all the Cement and saved me a bunch of headaches. The were very professional and also friendly and best of all they cleaned up after them selves which no company has ever done. Even the most expensive companies that I've hired over the years. I would definitely use ser plumbing again and definitely recommend it to anyone that needs any plumbing repair. read more
