Very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism. Called late in the afternoon for a water heater leak that we just found and Marcos still made time to show up within an hour for consultation. Service date was scheduled right away, great communication, work was finished within the estimated timeframe and work area was left clean. Pricing was decent based on our research. He also took the time to explain things we needed to know. Definitely will use them again for future services. read more

I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this Company. Very reliable, on time, informative, and Good Customer Service

I'm not sure if this guy knows how to fix anything may be replace maybe install but repair definitely not after lying to me about having a carbon monoxide leak and banging around in my attic for five minutes only to shut off the gas and not repair anything after the gas company came out to report no leaks and another repair man came to fix the problem within five minutes. I realize that I paid this guy $100 to do nothing I warn you do not do the same. After leaving the review, Marco called back to call me the N-word and let me know that he hates any customer that is honest about his horrible service call I have a recording and screenshots. Please find better help anywhere else he is operating with no license read more

I've used Marcos and his team for over a year now. My family has been using his services for almost 2 years. I had just bought a house and the AC was not working. He came to inspect it and the AC had been neglected for years. I decided to upgrade and was scared at the cost. The price actually came out really good. I agree and a few days later, my house had AC. The workmanship was awesome, detail oriented. Cleaned up. On time. Even post installation follow up was amazing. Needless to say, we've used his services for other plumbing tasks too. From swapping out sprinkler solenoids to second floor bathtub plumbing repairs. He also does full plumbing upgrades from galvanized pipes. Also installs tankless water system, and filtration kits. His straightforward approach is great. He does things right the first time. I always recommend him. He stands by his work and explains everything before starting to make sure communication is clear! He has done work for us in Norwalk, Bellflower, and Palos Verdes Estates. Thanks Marcos. read more

Paramount Plumbing Heating & Air - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me

On an extremely hot Monday afternoon our AC unit decided to take a dive. With the wife and kids home the heat made things unpleasant fairly quickly. After a few unsuccessful attempts to some other AC techs we were able to find Paramount Plumbing Heating and Air via a Google search. I reached out and immediately was greeted by Maria who was very pleasant on the phone and very helpful. She informed me she would be getting our info over to one of the field techs and I should be getting a call shortly. Within 5 min. of ending the call my phone rang and it was Marcos. Marcos explained he was very close to our location and would swing by if we were available. Within 5 min. of ending the call with Marcos he was at our front door and jumped right into action. After a quick check Marcos informed us we needed to have the capacitor replaced. Within 40 min. of making the initial call our AC was back up and running chilly as can be! I was on the road home from work and was able to communicate very well with Marcos through his entire process. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and took the time to show my wife the replaced parts. On one of the hottest days we were thoroughly impressed with not only the speed of arrival, price, and repair but the overall service provided by the team at Paramount Plumbing Heating and Air. read more

I called Paramount plumbing yesterday morning after the other HVAC company we called the day prior, dropped the ball. Abigail promised me an eta for a few hours later and more impressive, still, was the fact that Marcos showed up a few minutes earlier than the eta which was originally given. I was very pleasantly surprised that they had someone available for same day service, during such a busy time and on a holiday. Marcos was able to quickly troubleshoot our issue and had us back up and running within 30 minutes. He also provided us some options to increase the efficiency of the AC system, going forward. Thanks so much for your professionalism, efficiency and good work! Paramount Plumbing has secured a return customer. read more

Marcos was very professional, efficient and courteous. He unclogged our drains and in addition made sure to check his work. We're so lucky he was able to come within a few hours notice. I can't comment on the price compared to other plumbers, but I know he could have charged me more if he wanted to. On a side note, he was very respectful and even took our pets into consideration. He communicated with me and with my in laws, bilingual king may I add, so we could be fully aware of the process. I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you! read more

Marcos @ Paramount Plumbing Heating & Air saved the day! After a botched whole house remodel and addition we needed someone knowledgeable and reliable to finish the job. I am very pleased with the services and customer care I received from Paramount Plumbing. I called after my air had been out all night (it was a really hot night by the way)! The person who took my call was polite and friendly and assured me that she could have someone out in a few hours! This was great news! She called when the technician was running a little late to keep me abreast of his arrival. Marcos arrived, diagnosed the issue, quoted me what seemed to be a fair price and he got to work! Even after he ran into a snag (no fault of his own) he made sure my unit was up and running perfectly by the time he left my home! I am very pleased and would totally use their services again! He also made it a point to check on the AC a few days later to make sure all was well. Great customer service! Try them for your plumbing and air needs! You won't regret it! read more

My Husband and I were very impressed with Marcos & his team. We just bought an extremely old house built in 1950's that had no air conditioning at all. So we wanted to install air to beat the summer heat, I had multiple company's come to give an estimate on installing an air conditioning system. One company said it can't be done, (my house has a crazy layout)one said it may be done but they will probably run into issues so be prepared. Then a family member referred Paramount plumbing. Marcos came and looked at my house and evmy weird floor plan and was totally confident that it can be done. So I decided to work with them, they installed an Daikin MultiZone Mini Split system and the air feels amazing. I was really impressed with their work and professionalism. They showed up on time, didn't leave any mess behind and they did a great job on all the patch work. Overall I had a great experience with Marcos and his team. read more
