I'm not sure if this guy knows how to fix anything may be replace maybe install but repair definitely not after lying to me about having a carbon monoxide leak and banging around in my attic for five minutes only to shut off the gas and not repair anything after the gas company came out to report no leaks and another repair man came to fix the problem within five minutes. On an extremely hot Monday afternoon our AC unit decided to take a dive. With the wife and kids home the heat made things unpleasant fairly quickly. After a few unsuccessful attempts to some other AC techs we were able to find Paramount Plumbing Heating and Air via a Google search. I reached out and immediately was greeted by Maria who was very pleasant on the phone and very helpful. She informed me she would be getting our info over to one of the field techs and I should be getting a call shortly. Within 5 min. of ending the call my phone rang and it was Marcos. Marcos explained he was very close to our location and would swing by if we were available. Within 5 min. of ending the call with Marcos he was at our front door and jumped right into action. Our condenser unit stopped working on the hottest day of the year. After another company no showed without calling, we called PPHA, they said they could have a tech out as early as 11am that morning (labor day)!
