It pains me to write this. When I first used Jesse, I knew I'd be calling him for all of my plumbing needs. He is quick and does great work. I've referred him to friends and they have also loved him. Over the past several months Jesse has been very unreliable. He will say that he is coming at a certain time and just not show up. This is the second time he did not follow through. For this instance, my first floor flooded and we had to shut off the water. I explained this was a true emergency as we don't have any water in our home. He said he'd arrive at 6 or 7am. At 7:30...no one was there. We call and text...no answer. At 8 he says he can arrive at 9:30. I trusted him so much and now I'm annoyed because he keeps wasting our time. We called a different company and will likely pay more but we need reliable service. We can't continue to live in a world where he might come or he might not. read more

Unfortunately this device required the line to be copper but we had galvanized. I had come home to a serious leak in my incoming water supply line located in a crawl space. Jesse came to my rescue on a holiday weekend. This is a very overdue review. Consider it a 3 month review My house is 70 years old and had original galvanised water pipes and cast iron drain pipes. It was an absolute nightmare. In the 3 years we've owned the place I've have plumbers out 6 times to unclog drains with the 7th resulting in the drain under my kitchen cracking and dripping out into the crawl space until a horrible stench came from beneath the house from festering water. This was my breaking point and I decided (far too late) I needed a full repipe. I had 4 plumbers come out and bid. Jesse was the first to arrive and quote, while he wasn't necessarily the cheapest he was by far the most keen to do the project, didn't bid an unrealistic price and was absolutely reassuring to talk to. He was promptly out with his dad and crew to begin work. These guys work 5 days straight and the work was absolutely outstanding. They dug a huge trench down to the sewer to remove all the old clay pipe with modern ABS. This was a day of heavy labor in hot weather too. They cut out and removed all the old crummy pipe work and installed a whole house filter I purchased in advance from Amazon. Since this work was done. Out drains are amazing, our water pressure is outstanding and the filter is scraping a lot of the hard salts out of the tap water that it no longer leaves residue or odour Book Jesse and save his number in you phone. 5 stars!!!! read more

Background: Our main water line at the front of the house had a pin sized hole leaking out water and starting creating a puddle in our front yard between the lawn and the concrete of the driveway. We noticed it during the holidays - New Year's Eve. Used the Yelp feature to find a plumber and Jesse responded very quickly. He gave a number to his direct line and spoke to him about the issue. Service: Jesse was able to come on-site the same day - on New Year's Eve to check out the damage. (We were able to put on a temporary fix so the water couldn't keep leaking out) Jesse surveyed the issue and quoted us on the spot and was flexible with his schedule to accommodate ours. His quote was very reasonable. Another 2 plumbers quoted us much more and their solutions were not as optimal. Our mainline water pipe ran through a newly extended paved cement for the driveway and the others wanted to remove the old pipe and replace it at the same location. Jesse suggested to run a new line in a more accessible area - a foot or so away from the old. He came to do the fix it with another individual within our schedule. Late April, we experienced a slab leak due to disruptions to an old piping system. We shopped around for several plumbers, some of whom came by our house to investigate the damage and offer quotes for repair work. When we first moved into our house, Jessie and his Father helped us replace the pipes under our kitchen and bathroom sinks, as well as replacing a leaky toilet. They were very transparent with the work they were going to do and seemed very knowledgeable in their profession. Just last Friday, we needed to replace leaky valves on our sprinkler system. Jessie came out to inspect the problem and offered to replace it the same day even after it got dark. After he replaced it, we found out the pipe itself was faulty when it burst and started spewing water into the yard. We had an emergency water leak in our front yard, which I found out after coming home from work. Jesse offered to come by the same night which was very impressive. He arrived as promised and found a pinhole in my underground copper water supply pipe. He fixed the issue in less than an hour. When he turned the water valve back on, there was another bubbling hole deeper underneath. He had to dig deeper to discover the hole and had to put in much more effort to fix that hole.
