My kitchen faucet stopped allowing me to have on single stream of water. It would only do a spraying water. I walked outside this morning to find my front yard beginning to flood, a small hill in the middle where the water was pushing up my lawn and watering bubbling up like a small spring. After calling a few plumbers with no luck because it was a Saturday and waiting for half a day for Roto Rooter to dispatch someone I got a very quick response from Jesse at Fast Pro. Plumbing and he was over at my house within 20 mins to evaluate the situation and fix it right up. He was very transparent and showed me the exact issue, told me what he would need to fix it and immediately went to work. In looking for a plumber for our rental property in West Hollywood, I searched all local plumbers and read all of their reviews. Although many had wonderful feedback, Jessie's reviews drew me in because they seemed very personal. I agree with all of the comments about him being a wonderful plumber, but he also cares very much. Unfortunately, I was not able to meet him in person, but through the process of diagnosing our water heater and eventually replacing it, he not only called and text messaged to keep me in the loop, he also sent me video footage which made me feel like I was there working through everything with him. Additionally we ran into an issue where we needed someone to remove the closet frame and door to get the water heater out and replaced. Jessie, knowing his boundaries, explained he was unable to do that kind of work, but was able to bring somebody in to get it done so that he could continue and finish his job. I truly appreciate his hands on approach to every part of the job and willingness to make my job a lot easier. With regards to pricing, he was not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but in my opinion, very fair, I'm grateful for Jessie and am locking him in as our new plumber for our rental property. read more

We have an 80 year old house, and we are solely on my Teacher's income. Therefore, when the laundry started leaking and the kitchen sink backed up, we feared a very expensive and unobtainable fix. We finally decided to start getting estimates, so I was online and on the phone for an entire day, trying to find someone who could do a really extensive job and at a price that we could actually afford. Jesse was the only one who said that he would be over right away that evening, which he was. He did everything to attempt to unclog our drains, and once he realized that our pipes were actually corroded beyond repair, he quoted a fair price, so my husband and I decided to go with Fast Pro Plumbing without hearing the other quotes. Jesse struck us as kind and caring immediately, so we just had a feeling to go with him, and I am so glad that we did. I found Jesse via facebook and yelp reviews, and I feel lucky. They came early and stayed late, fixing a problem that was actually much worse than originally thought. (Who cements a driveway over pipes that can corrode? Apparently the builders of this neighborhood!) We were starting to panic at the potential price, as our driveway was jackhammered, but we had nothing to fear; despite their all day stay and the crazy amount of work that was accomplished, the price went up just a little. Jessie and his dad performed a great job on replacing the old cast iron kitchen drain that was completely clogged up and needed to be fully replaced. This was a 2 man job. One to connect the new parts under the house in the crawl space and the other on the outside wall to complete the process with a new kitchen sink clean-out. All under sink kitchen water connections were re-established and patching on the inside and outside in and around the kitchen was completed. Tested and No leaks. I would highly recommend for any plumbing problems. They know what they are doing. read more
