Just had David out today to install a new gas line to my kitchen. 5 stars plus! He was on time, organized and super efficient. You can tell he has the experience and knows what he's doing. Such a great guy he even helped me carry out the old stove and bring in the new one, hooked up the gas to it and made sure everything was working. Resetting the pilot on my old water heater was a little difficult given it's design but again using his experience he got it going no problem. He will be my go to plumber going forward. My kitchen sink was clogged up and I had been unable to unclog it myself with a 25 foot snake. I called David and he quoted me a price to unclog my sink. Well this clog was one of those stubborn clogs which required that David attempt a few different methods to unclog it. At one point he had to climb on top of my roof to attempt to unclog through a vent. Eventually David was successful in unclogging the sink but it took much longer than he had anticipated. Many plumbers would have given up or attempted to charge more than what they had initially quoted because of the extra work and time which was required. I was really pleased when David charged me the agreed upon amount. I must say that David is honest, knowledgeable and extremely professional. He quickly diagnosed and solved our issue with the clogged drains. His equipment looks up to date, cleaned, and he removed 2 feet of root from our mainline. I called Mulhearn Plumbing to fix a plumbing problem. He came out right away, gave me a quote and went to work. He was very honest, the price was reasonable and found the problem right away and fixed it. The problem was from the prior plumber (not hired by me as this was a new home purchase) who fixed a plumbing issue and left a rag in the pipe before sealing the pipe. He knows what he's doing, but will also happily work with you to give you what you want/need and all to pass inspection/code. What did he do for us? - reposition and reinforce 2 hose bibs - repipe some kitchen faucets valves which were seeping from bad solders, and just laid out in an awkward way in the cabinet by our remodeling contractor - install an inline vent per city inspector's requirements - install a new drain pipe from our water heater to the outside of the house, per code Some stuff may take longer than expected, but David sticks to his bid.
