One Pro Plumbing was great and efficient in helping us check for any issues in our kitchen sink and garbage disposal. We did a lot of research around the area - comparing the pricing as well as getting help for the issue we were facing. We sometimes had some black water come up in our second sink in the kitchen and weren't sure what the cause was. I liked that Brett was straight to the point in helping diagnose what the issues might be and helping guide us in the right direction on what may be needed. After figuring out a good time, Brett came in and was both chill and respectful. He had his tools ready to go and was able to test out our sink and adjacent appliances to see what was going on within an hour. Once finished, Brett also gave us his business card and noted to us we had a 30-day warranty in case something happened to our sink again for him to come check out. Felt that the payment made sense and wasn't overly expensive! Thanks again to Brett and the company for the efficient help! read more

Brett is the man!!! I called Brett regarding my shower situation. I decided to switch my tub spout and the stems on my shower. I bought a rebuild kit from Home Depot and did research from YouTube. I was not able to locate my water shutoff valve so I was only able to do the middle diverter and hot side (by turning off the water heater). After that, I tested my shower but water started leaking from the handles. It was a nightmare. I called Brett and he is an honest guy. He answered all my questions regarding seat, stem, what to tighten, how to find my shutoff valve, what alternatives I can do and so much more. He took time out of his busy day to listen to me and reply, even at 6-7PM and follow up with me at night. He told me it's better to complete the job, follow us steps and save money instead of having him come out as it seems like I already got the hang of it. I took his advice and what do you know, my shower WORKS PERFECTLY. I rarely leave reviews but after encountering this, Brett deserves the review. I will have him come for future issues, if needed. read more

Brett was fantastic to help with a sink issue. He came out the same day, was extremely personable, honest about what needed to be done, and clearly takes pride in his work. He made sure everything was done properly before leaving and took the time to explain things along the way. Really appreciate the quality service -- would definitely recommend him and call him again. read more

Thank you so much Brett you went above and beyond I'm very appreciative of the amazing work

Brett was fantastic to work with. Always showed up on time, or gave an accurate update about when he was coming. I was in the process of doing cleanup from a pool removal in my backyard, and along with it, some odds and ends. I had the pleasure of sending him on a wild goose chase over an underground gas line. Gas line was made of PVC, which isn't up-to-code. We tried to save it, but ended up cutting bait. Wasted effort, but I learned a lot. Also, Brett prefers text message communication over Yelp. Highly recommended! read more

Highly recommend! Save yourself time and just call Brett to get the job done fast and right. I called around and most places wouldn't even give a quote for my drain clog. Brett gave a good quote, showed up exactly as stated and got the job done with no mess. Great service read more

Brett was so meticulous. Such a professional. We had new riser installed (faucet, PRV, main valve). He completed the task with such ease. Others quoted me such a BS rate. He quoted me a VERY reasonable price. Unbelievable. If u are in Anaheim, Buena Park, La Mirada, Cypress, Cerritos, call this guy. read more

Brett has now done two plumbing repairs at our house. One of them was a substantial water line replacement and the other one was a new shut off valve replacement. Brett is very responsive and does excellent work. His pricing is very fair. Glad to recommend him to those looking for a great plumber. read more

Brett is everything these reviews have applauded: prompt, tidy, thorough, NO upselling, very educational as to current and possible future scenarios), met his quote, offers several forms of payment (I used Zelle), and kept within his quote (even slightly discounting for extra issues that weren't noticeable until he got in there and saw the extent of the problem). He had all the parts needed and offered various options, including reusing old parts when appropriate. Just top notch! And he finished EXACTLY when he estimated. I recommend him without hesitation. read more

The plumber we have been using recently retired and we had to find a new one. Our kitchen faucet was loose and the sink was leaking. It was easy communicating with Brett via text message. He actually advised us to replace the kitchen faucet instead of trying to fix it because it was so old and it would cost more to fix. We bought our own parts from home depot for the job (faucet and sink basket). We had a couple of bids from other plumbers but we went with one pro plumbing because it was the lowest price. He came in on time and his work is good. I would definitely use him again. He takes zelle for payment and the business is open 7 days a week which is super helpful because not a lot of plumbers are open on the weekend read more

I needed an emergency toilet replacement on a Saturday. I called many plumbers who were booked or charging weekend fees. When I called Brett, he already was on a scheduled job, but after listening to me, he offered to come after he was finished. He arrived, began work and calmy fixed the added issues that came up during the installation that we did not expect. He did not upcharge the added work, or charge any extra weekend fee's, and his prices were way more reasonable than every other plumber we called and worked with. Will be recommending to my friends and family! read more

They were very helpful and really went out of their way to fix the problem. I would use them again. Honest is really hard to find these days. That's what I got from them. read more

Brett was fantastic to work with and arrived quickly to install a bathroom faucet and tub spout that I had purchased from Home Depot. Honest and competitively priced. I was disillusioned because of dishonest plumbers who did poor work until I was given this business's name by my brother in law. I will never trust anyone else to do my plumbing. read more

I was in need of shower/diverter repair because the water pressure was getting weaker and water keeps coming through the spout when using the shower. When I asked around a few other plumbers, they made it sound like it is a big job that costs a lot of money. When Brett came to look at it, he was thorough explaining what needs to be done to address the issues. It took only a little less than an hour for him to complete the job. I got excited to see the shower working better and water not coming through the spout anymore. I was very pleased with Brett's work. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He got his job done efficiently. read more

Brett is an honest guy. He was able to take care of my plumbing quickly and even took the time to show me with a camera that the previous plumber who wanted to replace a "broken sewer line" was either incompetent or a crook. Would recommend OPP to anyone needing a good and honest plumber. read more

He was the first plumber I called and was I happy that it was. He came in the next day and worked with my schedule to fix my plumbing issue. He is now my main plumber going forward. I would highly recommend Bret, and he has a cool hat! read more

Honesty is a rarity. Do you label your friends? Like good-time friends, BS friends, drinking friends, super smart friends, etc. And the rare, the honest friends. If you've ever had a sewer line bursted, you would know how I felt. The feeling of hopelessness was overwhelming. I called or text at least 10 plumbers. Most, didn't call back in a timely manner. Some the estimate is not free. I'm saving you time from calling around, Brett Escobar is something else. Most plumbers would pick dollars amount from the thin air. And some keep change the figures higher and higher like they were measuring the desperation. Some quotes were more than my first car. I was confused by the tactic and some what entertained. Brett is like your honest friends that you have who tells you how it is and ways to save you money by doing some prep works or getting parts yourself. He got the work done quickly and professionally. The price is broken down into details that any auditor would be impressed. I'm so glad to use his service. And I'm so glad to know that there are honest plumbers out there. Brett, you are a rarity. read more

Decided to call Brett from his reviews and as always u all are spot on. Called Brett for a drip that got worse from the shower. I was super worried it was a broken valve that could cause some damage, but just from a call and a photo I sent, Brett was able to determine the issue. I needed work to be done on the weekend, I called on a Wednesday and got on schedule for Sunday. Brett kept me informed on arrival and was very fast. He actually spotted a possible issue he brought to my attention and have another item for him to correct this weekend. Recommended! read more

Great service. Appreciated that Brett was available on a weekend to replace our water heater.

Gets the job done really quick.. know's what he is doing and very nice guy! Highly recommended!!!

Brett is a great plumber! He's installed a seismic valve for earthquake safety and replaced an old pressure regulating valve and shutoff valve which were falling apart. On both occasions he was upfront with an estimate of the cost, parts and his labor. He provided options for repairs, even ones that would make him less money. Once he got down to work he was fast and professional, and did fantastic work. Some larger plumbing companies were going to charge me more than two times as much for the exact same jobs! I totally recommend Brett for your plumbing work! read more

Brett was awesome!! Called him pretty late in the evening for some help and he came through within a couple hours to help us with our bathroom sinks! He even went out of his way to get the things needed from Home Depot for us. He was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond with any questions. Overall GREAT customer service, reliable, and the best plumber out there! read more

My kitchen sink was clogged and I needed a plumber fast. After looking at yelp, I decided to call OPP. I. called on a Friday night, next morning Brett showed up. Their response time was amazing. I live in an older home with old pipes, which means a clogged sink can turn into something far worse. In my case it did. Anyway, Brett was a real pro and was able to fix all the issues he encountered. I highly recommend OPP to anyone with plumbing needs. read more

Called and described my issue. This man could've fully charged me for a visit, but instead explained over the phone a simple approach to take to diagnose my issue (which ended up not being an issue). He did this knowing he would not receive compensation. I now know who to call the next time I have any issues. read more
