I'm sad to report that instead of fixing my problem, this company made it worse. I didn't have a leak before their work, and now I do. It felt like constant nickel-and-diming -- fix one issue, create another, then charge an additional $200 each time. I'm also concerned that opening my main sewer line may cause further issues, because of their nickel and dime approach. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I was VERY unlucky and found that I had a small leak at my place a month ago. Never could pin point what it was until last weekend, when I found out it was my Water Heater.
