Worked with Dwain from Marvelous Plumbing to resolve my leaking main water line connecting to my City Water Meter. His estimate was the middle of the highest and lowest estimates I received from other Plumbing Companies for the same proposed fix with a 5 year warranty. In fact the cheapest estimate would only offer a two year warranty and It seemed to good to be true for the price and I was afraid if I selected the cheapest that there was a possibility that additional cost will be added during the work so I selected Dwayne's estimate with a 5 year warranty. I was very happy with his work and quality inspection for no leaks after fixing my leak with no added cost as his estimate. I'm sad to report that instead of fixing my problem, this company made it worse. I didn't have a leak before their work, and now I do. It felt like constant nickel-and-diming -- fix one issue, create another, then charge an additional $200 each time. I'm also concerned that opening my main sewer line may cause further issues, because of their nickel and dime approach. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience.
