We thought this is the same company that we were happy with. But it's not. We asked to fix dishwasher which clogged not to drain well. We don't have much time, we already decided to receive service that we mentioned to them. We were surprised that the fee was $460 for just resolving clogging. But he said the parts need to be replaced and it cost so high. Only my husband at home, so he paid. But after that we asked if this is reasonable to other plumber through our landlord, then they said the parts were exchanged a year ago and didn't need to replace this soon. They charged exorbitant fees. We were so shocked and disappointed that we paid unnecessary high fee. Be careful. They will estimate unreasonable when they think you don't know the market price.
