I called to schedule hydrojetting service, and while I wasn't in a rush, they were able to send technicians out the very next day. After calling several other companies in the area, I found their pricing to be competitive. At the time of writing, they charged $850 to hydrojet both the main line and kitchen line. I also appreciated how fair they were with pricing. They realized that upon arrival the kitchen line clean out was inside the house, and noted that this would normally cost more due to the additional setup and cleaning involved. Despite this, they honored the original quote and did not increase the price. Our technicians, Logan and Bradley, were professional, respectful of our home, and careful not to damage anything or leave a mess while efficiently completing the job. What also stood out was the honesty. There were no high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to upsell additional work. Instead, Logan gave us a straightforward assessment of what to watch for in the future and walked us through potential options and their ballpark costs. This was a stark contrast to another plumbing company I had used previously, which told me I needed to replace the entire main line. Logan showed me the camera footage and confirmed the main line was actually in good condition and that he did not anticipate any significant work needed. I spoke with David last night, and he was able to get me on the books with someone first thing this morning. Christian arrived on time and was incredibly helpful. He took the time to educate me on the problem I was dealing with, the causes for it, and the solutions I had available. Luckily I was able to take advantage of the $99 Yelp special they offered, so this went from being a major headache to a minor inconvenience. After the service was complete, Christian took the extra time to check for any other leaks and to make sure things were looking good across the rest of the house, which I greatly appreciated. We hired this company to install a water filter, including giving them the name and all details of the product. They sent me a price estimate, and I approved it and established a CONTRACT. The technician arrived at my doorstep on the scheduled date and quoted a completely different price, which was 3x the original amount. I explained to him that I had already mentioned the name of my product as well as all the details, after which the company had sent me an estimate and established the price, and that it was not professional for him to quote a completely different price when he arrived. He just shrugged and said I don't know; maybe the company messed up, but I can't do this job unless you pay me 3x the price, and when I refused, he just shrugged his shoulders and left.This is most unprofessional,do not trust this company read more

We found the water leak under the base of the toilet. Then we searched for the plumber around the area and gave Done-Rite a shot. Since I got multiple quotes from the plumbers around and their price was very competitive. It was easy to book an appointment. Then they assigned Jon to come to the site. He was on time. Updated when he was on his way. Jon was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions about the leaked and he perfectly help us pull and reset the toilet. It only took like an hour and the whole process was pretty smooth. Again that he was very patient because I asked him lots of questions and he still answered all of them to help my concern. I had the two sinks in an upstairs bathroom not draining. Called D-R in the morning and was able to get a same day appointment in the early afternoon (their initial ball-park price estimate for this type of service call was lower than 2 other companies I called). I was given a scheduled time, and the tech texted when he was on his way. He arrived right on time, if not a few minutes early. Showed Christian and partner the problem and they went to work. Dual-sink bathroom drains are sometimes a little tricky because when you snake from one side, instead on going downward in the main drain, the snake will cross over thru the Y fitting over to the other sink drain pipe. So with a little bit of technique and patience, he was able to get the snake down the Y and into the main pipe and break up the clog. When he pulled out the snake, it pulled out a lot of gunk and hair, so it was good to see evidence of stuff being removed from the pipe. They worked fast and worked cleanly, and did not make a mess with the snake and drain water. This is the second time I've used Done-Rite, and like before, I am very satisfied with their service. Making my decision to move forward now was largely based on the trust I gained through smaller projects with Done Right Plumbing and, in particular, with their senior plumber Mario Melena. The entire experience was smooth and professional. Done Rite lives up to it's name and does everything right. They use all the best materials and approach to the work they do. Just now got around to this review but this dolt "David T" is an acquaintance and decided for whatever reason it was good idea to charge me near 500 to replace a shower cartridge prolly cause no one likes me right Dave? He used the excuse of the cartidge being made out of brass, covid pandemic. When I got him on the phone he says he could have his guy remove the new one and reinstall the old one. I had a brand new washer and dryer installed, and during the installation, the technician mentioned that my water was backed up and suggested I get it checked out. I hired this company to run a snake through my pipes, only to be hit with a quote of $2150! I decided not to go with them--they charged me $79 for the visit--but I immediately sought a second opinion. The second plumber arrived, ran the snake, and confirmed there was nothing wrong with my pipes. Everything is working perfectly now. It's really unfortunate how some companies take advantage of your trust to push unnecessary, overpriced services. I definitely would not recommend them. Danny and the Done-rite team were incredible! We had a slab leak and they gave us 2 estimates, one for repair of the single slab leak and one for a whole house repipe. Done -rite completed the whole house re-piping in one day. Then the next day they returned and completed the drywall repair. While they were here they were able to also address the issue that we had had long term, where it took forever for us to get hot water to our second floor. They were able to run a loop of piping from the water heater, upstairs and back to the water heater and it fixed it! They were competent and professional. Done-Rite saved me. Our water heater exploded on us, and our garage almost flooded with water. We called Done-Rite through a referral from our neighbor, and luckily they had availability that morning. Mario was sent to our place, and he did an amazing job. He was straightforward with what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He took out our now-finished water heater and installed a brand new one right away.
