I emailed Jeff through his website and got a prompt response. He helped me resolve my water pressure issue all via email, NO CHARGE! We emailed back and forth several times (his emails were very detailed and informative) over two days, and he asked for photos of my water softener and toilet tank, etc., and was able to diagnose the problem immediately just by looking at my pictures! It ended up being my old water softener (which needs to be replaced) that was causing my low water pressure. I had a leak from the upstairs bathroom to the downstairs bath. I wasn't sure where the leak came from since it was intermittent. I suspected a drain or a toilet leak but there was no drywall damage. Will came out and was very pleasant. He had his PPE on and came to inspect the area. He determined the shower over sprayed a corner and dropped over into the cracked grout. It leaked downstairs. We have an issue with hot water pressure in the back half of our house. Jeff responded promptly to my request for a quote, even though it was 10 PM. He asked a bunch of thoughtful questions via chat, and scheduled a service call for 11 AM to 3 PM the next day. I got a call from Will at 10 AM saying he could come earlier if I wanted. That worked out great for me. Will was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did his best to diagnose the issue in as efficient a way as possible. Unfortunately, the easy fix didn't work, so we talked through some possible next steps which would be more intrusive (i.e. cutting into walls). Although there were some viable options, they don't really solve the underlying problem, which is a bad Ace Duraflow epoxy treatment that is breaking down inside the pipes. That's a ticking time bomb for a repipe. After talking to his own epoxy guy, Will basically came back and said what I already knew -- the short term fix we discussed might work for a while, but we're only going to keep having problems, and a repipe is the way to go. The other options were just an expensive way of delaying the inevitable. Not what I wanted to hear, but not surprising. Superior doesn't do repipes themselves, so I never felt like I was being upsold or like they immediately were jumping to the most extreme, expensive option (which is how I have felt with other vendors). I'm very happy with the service, and I will definitely use them in the future. read more

Over charged for a 20 min job. The owner said the job should be covered by $98 plus expense for the parts- unless they have to open up the wall. Our home inspector said the job requires just the replacement of shower mixer- which was the case. The plumber just replaced the shower mixer. He charged me $325 and told me that the part is very expensive. I find out the part is $57.99 on amazon. Contacted owner again and he claims the labor is over $200. read more

They were excellent, honest and responsive! Before I used Superior Plumbing to unclog my kitchen sink. I had called another company that was heavily advertised in the local mailer and Google. After I got I almost got conned into spending over a thousand dollars on a hundred plus dollar job, I found that other company on yelp with only 3 stars. Moral of the story: I should have checked them out on yelp before having them come!! Feel free to look through my posts to get the name of that company. So I called the other company because they had a very low advertised price for drain declogging. The moment they walked in my door, they asked a few questions and without even touching the drain, they tried to upsell me on the hydro jet that was 18x more expensive (read my other post for details). In the end, when Superior Plumbing Services came they threaded the snake, got through the clot, but then continued to work the stoppage for several minutes to "make sure" it didn't clot again. I called George on a Saturday to fix the plumbing problem from hell. The builder installed a huge tub surrounded by a framed box covered in tile. Of course there was no door to access the plumbing from any angle and the area close to the no name brand fixtures was super crowded with framing. We had opened up the "box" which means that we had to break the thing open and tear out the tile. Jeff, the plumbing technician, was able to install our new Moen fixture working in very tight quarters inside the box. Jeff did the job on the spot and we finally have new fixtures.
