I manage multiple rental homes in Orange County and my plumber retired. I was looking for a local company to replace them and found it. Jeff came out and fixed the leak I had and did it with a fair price. Found my go to and would recommend to anyone in OC. read more

Had a problem reconnecting the kitchen sink drain after clearing a clog in the sink trap, and I called Jeff at Garrett's. He was out in less than hour and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. Jeff was fantastic! I called him yesterday because a pipe broke in my backyard. He was able to fit me in the same day, actually within the hour and had my pipe fixed in no time! Jeff was professional and fair. He and his son took extra care to make sure non of my kitties got out as they were going back and forth to their truck. He even took the extra time to make sure I knew exactly how to turn the water back on to my house properly. I would not hesitate to reach out to him again for any plumbing needs I might have in the future. read more

Jeff was super helpful and responsive. Price was reasonable. I needed his help to replace a garbage disposal. He did a great job and made the whole process easy for me. Truly appreciate his help and highly recommend his services. read more

We reached out to Garrett's Plumbing to figure out why our shower ceased to run hot water - Jeff was able to come out to our home the same day to assess the situation; and although the part we needed was not readily available (for perfectly logical reasons) he made every effort to come back right away with the necessary part in-hand. (I was the one that had to postpone the fix, and he accommodated my schedule very effectively.) Jeff was punctual, thorough, and respectful each step of the way - we are grateful for the swift and efficient resolution he provided; and are holding onto his business card for any future needs. Thank you SO much Jeff! read more

Jeff was very responsive and provided timely status on obtaining piece parts for the tub diverter repair. He quickly made the repair and left the work area pristine. It's great to support a local small business rather than a national chain plumber. read more

We contacted Jeff in January to review a few plumbing items in our newly purchased home inspection report + we also needed a plumber to install a utility sink in our garage. Jeff was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. His price was reasonable compared to other quotes we received and he got the work done quickly with no issues. We definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a plumber in the Orange area. Thanks again Jeff! read more

On my way to bed, I found my kitchen sink full of water -- the adjacent dishwasher had just finished its cycle. When I tried to run the garbage disposer/use a plunger, the only thing I accomplished was making a huge mess. At this point, I knew it was time to call a plumber, and I could see the dollar signs racking up in my head. After a thorough Yelp/Google search -- I came across Garrett's Plumbing. Although I'd never used them before, I was optimistic due to the amount of positive five-star reviews this business had received. When Jeff from Garrett's Plumbing arrived, I wasn't disappointed. Jeff -- who texted me when he was on his way -- arrived on-time and was extremely professional and honest the entire time. Within 40 minutes, Jeff was able to diagnose and repair my issue. Best of all, he was extremely fair and didn't charge me an outrageous price for his work or try and up-charge me along the way. Once Jeff wrapped up, he took the time to answer several of my questions about the long-term health of my house. Working with Jeff, I was able to map out some long-term maintenance goals, which include putting in a proper clean-out. Thanks again Jeff, you've earned yet another life-long client. read more

Jeff from Garrett's plumbing came out to my house yesterday and fixed a couple leaks I had. He's very responsive and reliable if you're looking around for a plumber. We wanted a water line added to the fridge and a dishwasher connected to the sink drain. I knew I wouldn't be home at the time, and my fiancé would be, so my main goal was to find someone polite. According to my fiancé, Jeff from Garrett's Plumbing arrived early in his time window, described different options to my fiancé and gave prices for each option. When we chose one, he talked out loud through all the steps and answered all my fiance's questions. He was very friendly! Now our fridge lets out clean water and ice cubes; and our dishwasher drains properly. read more

Jeff is amazing! He is one of the good guys. Someone that I endorse whole-heartedly. If you need a plumber, please give him a call. He always looks for the best (and most economical) solution. He won't rip you off like some of the other plumbing groups I've come in contact with in recent years (and sent away). He is great all the way around. read more

Jeff came out and did a great job with the plumbing fixes I needed while also giving me honest feedback for everything I asked about. He really cares about making sure the fix doesn't just work, but is what you wanted and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done properly. I'm glad that I called Jeff at Garrett's Plumbing today. He was able to repair a shower faucet issue in our older home. Jeff was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable when it came to his trade. He even took the time to check out a swimming pool drain that I've been having issues with too, and showed me how to replace it myself. Know that he takes cash or check, and his rates are very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Garrett's Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. read more

My family and I have lived in old town Orange going on for eight years and have been either burned or had bad experiences by other suggested companies in the area so I called Garrett's Plumbing based on suggestions from other neighbors on Nextdoor orange. Jeff answered on my first call and we set up an appointment for the following morning for a bath tub that was not draining and was bubbling up some disgusting smelly water in our one bathroom home. He showed up on time even though I was late, getting back to my house, he assessed the problem, and explained it to me in a way that I could understand. He gave payed out for me the possible issues and the costs associated before he began work. First solution didn't work so he had to climb up onto the roof but was able to fix the problem in under two hours. To top it off he was very understanding and sweet to my four-year-old son who wanted to be next to him watching and understanding every little thing he did. He even gave him an important job to do- TL to him on the roof when he saw the water going down in the bathtub. Very pleased! Very happy that I now know who to call next time without hesitation. read more

Jeff, like all previous reviews, was fantastic. He was able to come the same day i called him and made quick work of my shower that would not drain even after i tried snakeing it myself. His was extremely fair in his pricing and considering how quick and friendly he was it was way worth the value and will use him anytime i run into a plumbing issue i cant tackle. read more

Some time ago, Garrett's plumbing decided to specialize in clearing drains, and Jeff is REALLY good at it. My drain was plugged so badly that the first plumber that we called out simply gave up. Garret's plumbing was called in, and they had the specialized equipment and know-how to get the job done. Highly recommended. read more

Jeff is extremely skilled in his field and armed with the proper equipment to identify and swiftly repair the problem. He also shared preventative measures we as homeowners could take to avoid serious issues from tree root intrusion. (A chronic problem that comes with these beautiful Mature trees here in Anaheim Hills.) Jeff is a one man operation so you may need to be a little patient for an appointment but his expertise is worth waiting for. read more

Jeff is my new best friend/hero/addition to the Christmas card list. This guy is as stubborn as the Rootzilla in our Main. He's incredible! My husband and I just purchased our first home, and have had nothing but problems with the plumbing since moving in. We found Jeff at Garrett's through our Home Warranty. Turns out a contractor dropped a piece of shower pipe down the exposed toilet pipe, and when it hit the tree roots also in our pipes, Armageddon ensued. Jeff has worked diligently to free our pipes, going in 4 hours now. I cannot speak more highly of any of the contractors we have used during the remodeling process. Jeff has earned my trust and a place on the speed dial. You should immediately add him to yours, too! If there was such a thing as a pantheon of plumbers, Jeff would be at the top. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! read more

Jeff from Garrett's plumbing is a solid bet when it comes to your plumbing needs! I had 2 idiots prior that just band aid the leak. He is the 3rd plumber I called to fix the same problem. Needless to say..I've spent crap amount on the previous 2's incompetence. Can you tell I'm still irritated. :) I was offsite and Jeff created a video that clearly explains what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Charged me reasonably for it as well! I will definitely use him again and refer him business wherever I can. Btw, he was really quick at responding and went out of his way to check out the issue within an hour of my call!! Another key note! The reason I chose him was because he responded honestly from my initial question. :) read more

Had Jeff from Garretts out this morning for a home warranty call. He was on time and only one hour into my four hour window. He quickly assessed the issue and explained it to me. He did a great job and worked neatly. I have a large dog so having someone who loves dogs is a plus! He even went above and beyond by telling me how I could add a pump to my rain barrels and where I could get one. I would recommend this company and especially Jeff to anyone. read more

Jeff with Garrett's plumbing came to our small office in downtown Orange for service to repair the broken handle, lever and flapper and to reset and set new wax for the toilet. Jeff from Garrett's plumbing came out as a result of a call to my home warranty company due to a stoppage that two previous plumbers were not able to resolve. My experience is as follows: Jeff is very personable, polite as well as knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things to me. The previous plumber spent most of the time texting on his phone while completing the snake routine. Spent the time to get the job done. Felt like I was getting quality service compared to the previous plumbers. Got my plumbing back to the point where it can handle the water flow that it needs too. Was at my residence exactly when he indicated that he would be and earlier. Would I recommend this company? Based on my experience - I definitely would recommend this company. read more

Jeff was great. Our water heater stop working on a Saturday night. Sunday I started to make calls to see who could come out on Monday.First place I called was busy and didn't have time till Tuesday which turned out to be a good thing because my second call was to Garrett's Plumbing and Jeff was so nice. I explained what the problem was and what my husband thought the issue might be. Jeff asked that I take a picture of my water heater and text it to him so he could see the type of heater I had. He called be back within 15 minutes of my text and explained what would need to be done. He was able to come out Monday morning at 9 am. By 9:45 am my water heater was working and its been great to date ( 2 weeks). Jeff took the time to explain everything and answered my questions. I contacted several plumbing companies to have someone come out and inspect my main sewer line of a house that I was going to purchase. I had contacted for companies and did not receive a single call back. A friend recommended Jeff at Garretts plumbing. I called him and immediately got an answer. Jeff took the time to explain the process to me and explained the cost based on the circumstances. He was well within reason of other Estimates. Jeff was able to make an appointment for the following morning for me. Jeff was there well ahead of time and greeted me promptly. He explained the process that he was going to do and explain the process to the home owner. He answered all of our questions and began his inspection. He provided us a video to watch as he was doing the process. He even included a video at the end of the program for my record.
